Transparency has included Russia in the list of violators of Convention against Corruption

Russia does not fully meet the requirements of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Anti-Corruption, joined in 2012, resulting in "RBC" Data Transparency International.

With regard to Russia and joined the Convention two years ago, Colombia requirements are reduced, however, both countries put in twenty offenders who do not take sufficient measures to prosecute bribery of foreign officials. Transparency also noted that the Ministry of Labour has prepared a draft law on the promotion and protection of money the applicant of corruption, but it has not been submitted to the Duma.

A total of 41 countries have ratified the Convention, only four - Britain, Germany, the USA and Switzerland - to fully comply with the requirements. There for the past three years have been completed and 215 are still under investigation on 59 cases of bribery of foreign public officials. In Russian
