Over the summer, Putin's approval rating fell to 6% - opinion (POLL)

In August, the approval rating of Vladimir Putin as president of Russia was 83%, down 6% from the beginning of the summer. This is according to the analytical center of Yuri Levada ("Levada-Center"), released on Wednesday, 26 August.

According to "Levada", in June of Putin's approval rating was 89%. Then, 10% of respondents said they did not approve of his activities as president of Russia. By the end of August, Putin's approval rating fell to 6%, while the number of respondents who disapprove of his activities, increased by 7%.

By late summer, also lowered the rating of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian government, the State Duma, governors and presidents of the republics and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Medvedev's approval rating in August fell by 5% compared with June and amounted to 61%. Hardest fell approval rating of the Russian government in June it stood at 62% in August - 54%.

7% for the three months increased the number of dissatisfied with the activities of the State Duma. In June, it did not approve of 44% in August - already 51%.
