Putin said at the UN General Assembly will complain about sanctions

Russian President Vladimir Putin in the speech at the UN General Assembly in New York complains about "obsession with Western sanctions measures."

This was told by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, reports "Interfax".
