In Russia, a man hanged himself at the police station

At the police station in Blagoveshchensk man committed suicide by using his shirt, the press service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Amur region.
Previously convicted a man of no fixed abode born in 1969 was taken to the department for the offense.
When planning crawl, he was found no signs of life, save a man could not have arrived doctors pronounced him dead.
