Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

He demonstrated his letter of resignation while reporting on the activities of the Ministry on Tuesday.

"And there is not a single citizen of Ukraine, who could say that we have become the ministry of corruption. We have not acquired official cars and do not even have a position of driver. I can definitely say that we have spent only 2.5 million hryvnia for the activities of the ministry whereas attracted dozen millions hryvnia not from the Ukrainian taxpayers, but from our partners," Stets said.

"Shattering the Ukrainian government in such a hard time is betrayal of the interests of Ukraine. No matter where I'm going to work after that, I will contribute to the Ukrainian victory and will assist my colleagues in the Ukrainian government," he added.

At the same time, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, who took the floor after Stets, criticized the move of the information policy minister: "Yura, you must work harder. It is too early to throw around letters of resignation." In Russian

Purely factual. Detailed listing. Many many oligarchs and Yanukovich allies. Good listing.
Normally I would not publish links to Kyivpost because of their historical strong links with billionaire / penniless pensioner (depending on whom you believe) Yulia Tymoshenko.
The Kyivpost was for ever publishing articles in favor of YT, particularly by Taras Kuzio, describing - for example - Yatseniuk as "a jew", rubbishing Poroshenko also, in the hope of reducing their popularity in favour of Tymoshenko, the gas princess. It seemed clear to all that Kuzio was a "prostitute" on YT's payroll. Such journalism - and rascism - disgusts me and offends me. Perhaps it is a little better now. Time will tell. Although several years ago, old habits die hard, for them, as for me also.

"A UIA plane carrying out Lviv-Kyiv 34L flight skidded off the runway at Airport Kyiv (Zhuliany). All passengers are safe and sound; the airport was closed until 12:30 local time [on Saturday, January 16]," Zhuliany's information service reported.
... The plane had to land at Zhuliany due to bad weather conditions in Kyiv on Saturday.

Strange - you would have thought it was easier to land at Borispol. Zhuliani has one very short runway!
Anyway, good that everybody is ok.
If by the sovereignty of Donbass, which said Petro Poroshenko, meant a return to a unitary Ukraine, this is "physically and practically impossible," said the envoy DNR Dennis Pushilin.
DONETSK, January 15 - RIA Novosti. Return of Donets Basin in the Ukraine is impossible, reiterated envoy breakaway DNI contact group to resolve the situation in the east of Ukraine Denis Pushilin....

Putin wants the Donbass wasteland to stay under Russian control, but for Ukraine to pay for it.
Please note - from a Russian source, RIA Novosti, Shaun Walker's buddies.
Pushilin, I understand, currently head of the "DNR" contact group at the Minsk talks.
This about Pushilin, from wiki -
Since 2002, he worked in the trading company "licorice life" [4] [5].
.. Pushilin ... in 2013, he ran to the Verkhovna Rada re-election in District 94 in the Kiev region, took 19th place and received 0.08% (77 votes [7]).

Пушилин, Денис Владимирович - wikipedia (very long link)
So.. 0.08% of the vote. Less than one tenth of One percent!!
Amazing that a man who got only 77 votes in all of Kiev can determine the lives of millions in the Donbass. Thanks to Putin's tanks.

Long, detailed, excellent report showing massive evidence of direct Russian involvement in the war in Donbass.
It is - for certain - a war against Russia. Russia fighting against Ukraine.
Sad. Common at this time of year. The ice is still very thin. This should change next week, when temperatures are expected to drop to nearer normal for this time of year.
Today - probably the last "warm" day of January, I would think. Currently zero where I am, but fresh snow - perhaps 5 cm - on the ground. Forecast - Two weeks or more of winter ahead.

Not easy. Schevchenko, maybe a group statue from Maidan 2014...
Schuster - popular tv journalist. Adores Tymoshenko, therefore he makes me puke.
Summons for tax evasion. He is a multi-millionaire. But if Tymoshenko can get away with a declaration that says she earns 2 dollars a day, whilst going out shopping for 10,000 dollar handbags in Paris every month, then... he'll get off also - if guilty. Despite all the talk of cleaning up the legal system it still works on the principle that - who pays the most money to the judge wins the case. But the price is higher now, of course, as the risks for the judge are higher.

The National Bank of Ukraine set the official hryvnia exchange rate to the dollar at UAH 24.1874 on January 15, the lowest rate over the past 9 months.
Frankly, the British pound and Euro have fallen massively against the dollar in the past month.
The dollar is very very strong. Oil prices are falling like crazy for the world's largest consumer of oil.
Ukrainians always get worried about the currency - more than any other country I know - probably because so many took out loans in dollars and euros.
At the Bureau de Change yesterday I saw 25.7 / 26.2 uah for one dollar. Basically at 26 now.

...Kara-Murza also believes his poisoning may have been an act of revenge for his lobbying for U.S. sanctions against Russian officials under the Magnitsky Act, named for Sergei Magnitsky, a whistleblowing Russian lawyer who died in a Moscow jail in 2009 after accusing officials of large-scale fraud.
A month before his illness, Kara-Murza and opposition politician Mikhail Kasyanov, Putin's former prime minister, met with U.S. lawmakers in Washington to request that the United States impose Magnitsky Act sanctions on Russian television "propagandists" they accuse of leading a media vilification campaign that helped lead to Nemtsov's slaying. ...
