The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation sent a letter to the government with proposals for the "improvement of the pension system in the face of new social and economic challenges." Citizens of these categories have the right to early retirement.

This measure will increase revenues to the Pension Fund budget for 238.9 billion rubles. for three years.

Teachers, doctors and artists Ministry of Labour proposes to deprive the right to early retirement at all. Today they have the right to retire, having worked 25-30 years. The Office proposes to increase the required length of service to 40 years, but do it gradually - in the years 2017-2020 to add three months and since 2021 - six months in the year. For the self-employed the RF Ministry of Labour has prepared an increase in premiums more than doubled.

The Ministry of Labor also proposes to change the mechanism of the industry benefits contributions. In the future, the agency offers to provide state support to these companies is not at the expense of compulsory pension insurance system, but in the letter does not say anything about the alternatives. The last sentence of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation Regarding the mandatory funded system - the agency offers to cancel.
