ATO: gunmen used anti-tank systems, anti-aircraft guns and mortars, shelling continues

Last night gunmen used 15 times Ukrainian weapons against defenders.
The press center ATO headquarters.
In Luhansk enemy opened fire from grenade launchers to positions of Armed Forces in the area Popasna.
Ukrainian strongholds units near Zaitsev, near the Russian-occupied temporarily by terrorist forces Gorlovka, fired with small arms and grenades.
Luhansk village, near Svetlodarsk reservoir, came under enemy fire from heavy machine-tank grenades.
Base of Ukrainian soldiers near Avdeevki attacked by pro-Russian gang fired automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, mortars caliber 82 mm and banned Minsk agreements 120mm mortars.
Most violations militants' regime of complete silence "during the last day took place in Mariupol direction. There's our position at Beroiza twice found themselves under enemy fire from 82-mm mortars and grenades.
Near Chermalyk beat the enemy with anti-missile systems and automatic grenade launchers easel near Pavlopolya - with anti-aircraft installation. Defenders Shyrokyno NFP fired from small arms.
Since the early days of attacks by militants positions Armed Forces continue. In particular, the ATO forces bases in the area Novotroitsk were fired mortar shells of caliber 82 and 120 mm, and at Shyrokynoho - with small arms.

I met with a Tymoshenko worker earlier this week.
I asked him "kak Yulia? "
He said that she was waiting for the elections. Gearing up for the elections. He thinks later this year. Elections are the big thing now for Batkivshina. She can see herself getting more power, control.

Tymoshenko and the Opposition block (Party of Regions) would have an increased say.
Basically more parties - more trouble. I think an election would simply make things more unstable - if that is possible!

Parliament adopted the bill as a whole and "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the activities of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine" (reyest. №4645), which allows the Prosecutor General to appoint a person without higher legal education.
The law was supported by 258 votes. It proposes to allow the Prosecutor General to appoint a citizen who has higher education experience for at least five years.
It is also proposed to eliminate the conditions for appointment as Prosecutor General provision on the need to have a law degree, which has, for example, Yuri Lutsenko, who is believed to be one of the contenders for the post, writes UNN.
The current [old] legislation required the Prosecutor General of Ukraine to have full legal education and experience in at least ten years...

Parliament has appointed Yuriy Lutsenko to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
For a decision voted 264 deputies.
President Petro Poroshenko in parliament signed a decree on appointment.
"Ukraine president signs decree appointing Yuri Lutsenko Vitaliyovych the Prosecutor General of Ukraine", - said Poroshenko.
Lutsenko joined the Supreme Council of Justice and took the oath....
