More than 500 homes in Sweden were without electricity due to beaver that built a dam
Over the past six months in the area have been three line breaks for similar reasons
More than 500 houses in the village Nesviken Swedish province of Gävleborg were disconnected from the power supply through a beaver.
It is reported by UNIAN.
As noted, the animal built a dam biting into a trunk of a tree that fell on power lines. Consequently, the power cable broke.
It is reported that repairers local company that supplies electricity to the village, we had to work through the night to repair the line. Over the past six months in the area have been three line breaks for similar reasons. Now utilities have decided to lay cables underground.
