on Sat Jul 08, 2017 12:30 pm
The US Court of Appeals refused to limit the effect of the new rules of entry to the United States for citizens of six countries in the framework of migratory presidential decree Donald Trump.

This was reported by the BBC.

Appeal decree in the current edition of attempted Hawaiian government.

US Supreme Court partially allowed Trump to prohibit entry to citizens of six Muslim countries (Iran, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Somalia and Sudan) in June this year.

After that, state attorneys appealed to a federal court in Honolulu who refused to review the decision. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals also refused to own interpretation of the Supreme Court.

Appeal Court explained that the Hawaiian court has the right to block a decision only if it sees that it violates the rights of the individual.

Recall immigration law Trump on new rules for entry into the United States entered into force on 30 June.

The first version of the decree was signed by Trump in late January, but the federal court has suspended its action. It was a perpetual prohibition provided for citizens of Syria - now the item is excluded.
