Former friend of Putin, accused the Kremlin of redistribution of property in Russia

In Russia, after 2000 there was a redistribution of property in favor of close to the current government of businessmen and officials. This was reported by a former friend of the president of Russia, fugitive oligarch Sergei Pugachev.

According to him, after the redistribution of Putin came to power took place, including and through the opening of criminal cases against disgraced businessmen. Pugachev noted that probably such cases in Russia - about a thousand.

Today, it is not interesting, it is clear today that you need to be a director of something, and that, in fact, assumes ownership of it "- said the oligarch.

"If you plant director, shares something you do not need, you're not going to post them on the stock exchange. Are you interested in flow, you're wondering development budget - that sort of thing. In this sense, since Putin came to power, in my opinion, I was just close enough to Putin and to the whole new team, and the remnants of the old team - just change the trend, just now this breakthrough to freedom: freedom of enterprise, freedom of speech - to you it should be close, he somehow choked after 2000, in my opinion, "- he added.

According to Pugacheva, "grafting freedom Yeltsin, it was not enough to somehow try not to carry the head of this idea further." "I was surprised, for me it was a big surprise one hand, on the other hand - a great tragedy," - he stressed.

Commenting on his relationship with Putin, Pugachev acknowledged the existence of a conflict between them.

Earlier Pugachev noted that after the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, Putin has tightened his power and narrowed the circle of his closest associates.
