In the United States, an important stage in the modernization of the US nuclear arsenal is completed: a subsystem is built, which is responsible for recharging the warhead in order to extend its life, the National Interest reported .

Experts point out that improved warheads (the main component of which was a new fuse) with Russia's lack of an early warning system for a strike, as well as a powerful US submarine fleet that far exceeds Russia's - provides America with a guaranteed victory in a preventive war.

In addition, the United States is already ready for serial production of modernized ballistic missile SM-3 Block 2A, which neutralize Russia's missile attack.

Specialists describe the new fuse as a breakthrough in the field of US nuclear weapons: now, according to nuclear scientists, America's chances of suppressing the enemy's strategic capabilities have seriously increased.

Thanks to a new super-detonator designed to destroy fixed targets, the warhead will detonate in such a way that the fireball arises at a higher altitude and at the same time can capture the target much more efficiently. Warheads that would otherwise fly too far from the target, now, thanks to a new detonation system, will explode directly above the target, experts say.

The result of using this explosion scheme will be a significant increase in the probability that a warhead will explode sufficiently close to the target to eliminate it, even if the accuracy of the missile warhead system does not improve.

Experts believe that US nuclear submarines with nuclear missiles are a key factor for the victory over Moscow.

The main nuclear potential of the United States is located on submarines with ballistic missiles. The US Navy has 14 such Ohio-type submarines, each carrying 24 Trident II D5 ballistic missiles. The latter has a maximum range of 11,300 km and has a detachable warhead with individual guidance units that are equipped with thermonuclear charges of 475 and 100 kilotons.

The US will receive a nuclear arsenal, which is intended to win a sudden attack on Russia, believe in Moscow. Russian experts indicate that the degree of lethality and firepower of American nuclear forces has increased significantly while the number of warheads in the US and Russia has decreased.

Law enforcement officials in Turkey detained a former Russian army officer Denis Khisamov on suspicion of involvement in the Islamic State terrorist group (ISIL).

It was reported by RBC with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Tajikistan.

The reason for the Russians to be extradited to Tajikistan was the fact that he traveled to Turkey under a false passport of a citizen of that country, and then joined the militants of the "Islamic State".
