The payment of charges based on new principles will begin on July 1. In the Ministry of Health predict that with the onset of medreform income family doctors, physicians and pediatricians will increase significantly.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health warns that the therapist can serve up to 2 thousand patients, a family doctor - 1.8 thousand, a pediatrician - 900. These standards are calculated based on the average loading of district doctors. At the same time, the Ministry of Health warns that the family doctor or therapist will not have to take on a monthly basis all patients who have signed a declaration with him.

To sign the declaration, patients should choose a doctor in any medical facility that provides primary care, not necessarily at the place of residence.

Such medical institutions will be branded with the appropriate sticker with the text "Here you can choose your doctor." To sign the declaration, patients must have a passport, identification code and mobile phone with a confirmation code. Children under 14 years old need a birth certificate.

In the medical institution, patients should apply to the registry, and an authorized medical officer - a registrar, nurse or doctor will bring the patient's data into the electronic system. The mobile will receive an SMS with the code, which will be required to notify the worker of the medical institution.

The MOH warns that no paper forms or applications are required to sign the declaration. Declarations will be printed from the system after entering the data of the particular patient. The patient must sign two printed copies, one of which remains in the medical institution, and the other one - in the patient.

An employee of the medical institution will confirm the declaration by electronic signature and will send it to the electronic system.

After signing the declaration, the National Health Service will direct money to a specific patient to a specific physician.
