It became known about Trump's unexpected desire

US President Donald Trump hopes for a new meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin to address issues that they have discussed in Helsinki.

Trump wrote about it on Twitter.

"I look forward to our second meeting so that we can begin to implement some of the many issues that are being discussed, including the cessation of terrorism, Israel's security, the proliferation of nuclear weapons, cyberattacks, trade, Ukraine, peace in the Middle East, North Korea, etc. There is a whole a series of answers, simple and complex, for these problems... but they can all be solved,"- he wrote.

At the same time, Trump is convinced that his first meeting with Putin was the right decision.

"The summit with Russia was a great success, but not for the true enemies of the people - the Fake News Media," he added.

Putin threatened NATO with "possible consequences" for joining Ukraine and Georgia to the Alliance

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that if Ukraine or Georgia were to become part of NATO, one should think about the consequences of such a policy.

He stated this, speaking at a meeting of ambassadors and permanent representatives of Russia, reports Censor.NET with reference to Gazeta.ru.

"Our colleagues who are aggravated want to join, in particular, say, Ukraine or Georgia to the military orbit of the Alliance, we should think about the possible consequences of such an irresponsible policy," Putin said.

He also noted that Russia would react in proportion to NATO's "aggressive steps".

"The key to guaranteeing security and stability in Europe is precisely to expand cooperation and restore confidence, rather than deploying NATO's new bases and military infrastructure at the Russian borders now," Putin quoted Interfax as saying .

"Serious risks - the risks of exacerbating the situation - persist in the south-east of Ukraine," - Putin

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the risks of exacerbating the situation in the Donbas remain.
As the Cenzor.NET, reported by RIA "Novosti".

According to the head of the Russian Federation, the reason for this is "failure to comply with Kiev's authority".

Putin stressed that Minsk's agreements should remain the basis of the settlement of the conflict.

"Serious risks - the risks of exacerbating the situation - persist in the south-east of Ukraine. The reasons are, in essence, the same: the failure of the current Ukrainian authorities to assume its obligations, to refuse to peacefully resolve the conflict, there is an overt disregard for agreements, unwillingness to conduct dialogue with its citizens, all scenarios are solved by force, "he said.

The command of Müller's special prosecutor presented more than 500 proofs against Manafort

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

Investigators from the team of Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller presented a list of more than 500 proofs against Paul Manafort, former head of the US presidential contender Donald Trump.

Reported Cenzor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

The list includes various documents: from agreements on granting immunity to correspondence between P.Manavort and former President of Ukraine V.Yanukovich.

Also, it is about photos and documents confirming the fact of expensive purchases ex-adviser D. Trump. According to the investigation, P. Manafort tried to hide them.

Investigators suggest that they will be able to provide additional evidence in the future.

The publication reminds that no charges against P. Manafort are related to possible interference by Russia in the 2016 US election. Sam P. Manafort does not admit his guilt.

In mid-June, the American federal judiciary decided to detain P. Manafort. This was due to the fact that the court reviewed the decision to detain him under house arrest in anticipation of hearings in the case.

A judge who ordered Mr Manaforot to be detained argued that former trustees at D. Trump's headquarters under house arrest had "misused the credibility."

P. Manafort is accused of money laundering while working as a lobbyist on the Ukrainian "Party of Regions", as well as in evasion of taxes.

Recall that the United States continues to investigate Russia's possible interference in the presidential election. The Special Prosecutor Müeller finds out whether a Trump-Kremlin headquarters had been plotting to undermine Trump's rivalry from the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton. Moscow denies interference in the US elections and requires the submission of confirmatory documents.

Law enforcers allegedly identified Russians involved in nerve agent attacks in UK

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

Investigators think several Russians were involved in the attempted murder of the former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury and are looking for more than one suspect.

As reported by Censor.NET citing ITV News media outlet, a source with knowledge of the investigation told the Press Association: "Investigators believe they have identified the suspected perpetrators of the Novichok attack through CCTV and have cross-checked this with records of people who entered the country around that time.

"They (the investigators) are sure they (the suspects) are Russian."

Investigators are working to the theory that the substance was in a discarded perfume bottle found by Dawn Sturgess, 44, and her partner Charlie Rowley, 45 in a park or somewhere in Salisbury city centre, the source said.

It is thought Ms Sturgess sprayed the Novichok straight on to her skin as it is understood she was exposed to at least 10 times the amount of nerve agent the Skripals came into contact with.

Ms Sturgess fell ill on the morning of June 30 and died eight days later in Salisbury District Hospital, while Mr Rowley was left fighting for his life after also becoming contaminated.

An inquest into her death was opened by the Wiltshire and Swindon Coroner in Salisbury on Thursday, with her body released to her family for a funeral. It was adjourned until January.

"The cause of death will not be given until further tests are completed," coroner David Ridley said.

The inquest heard that a "small glass bottle of fluid" containing Novichok had been found at Mr Rowley’s home in Muggleton Road, Amesbury.

Counter-terrorism officers are trying to establish where the container came from, and how it came to be in his house.

As reported, Russian ex-spy Sergei Skripal, 66, and daughter Yulia Skripal, 33, remain critically ill in hospital, after they were found unconscious on a bench in the Wiltshire city on March 4. The UK government says they were poisoned with a nerve agent of a type developed by Russia called Novichok and PM Theresa May said she believed Moscow was "culpable."

UK expelled 23 Russian diplomats as part of a "full and robust" response – prompting Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to say it will "certainly" expel British diplomats in response.

On March 16, Nato Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance had "no reason to doubt the findings and assessments by the British government" which suggested Russian responsibility. He said the "UK is not alone" and Nato allies gave "strong political support" to Britain, following a joint statement from the US, France and Germany backing Mrs May's government and a pledge of support from Australia.

British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson said that the U.K.'s government believes that it was likely Putin's decision to direct the use of a nerve agent on the streets of the U.K.

On March 26, U.S. President Donald Trump ordered the expulsion of 60 Russians from the United States, including 12 people identified as Russian intelligence officers who have been stationed at the United Nations in New York.

Russia is preparing sanctions against several hundred Ukrainian citizens and companies

The government of Russia began work on the development of new sanctions against several hundred Ukrainian citizens, including officials and businessmen, as well as hundreds of Ukrainian companies.

This is reported by the Russian "Kommersant" with reference to its sources in the government of the Russian Federation.

In particular, according to the source of "Kommersant", sanctions will consist of blocking assets in Russia and a ban on withdrawals.

The Russian Ministry of Economy, as well as the Ministry of Finance, will develop a list of subactivators. The first vice-premier of Russia, Anton Siluanov, coordinates the process.

In addition to personal sanctions, Russia is preparing trade restrictions on a number of goods that Ukraine sells to Russia.

According to the report, new Russian sanctions should be Russia's "mirror response" to the sanctions against the Russians involved in the war on eastern Ukraine and the annexation of the Crimea imposed by the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Recall that on May 24, the Presidential Administration issued an updated list of sanctions against Russia. The list included 1748 individuals and 756 legal entities.

In addition, the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the electronic payment system WebMoney, entered the list of anti-Russian sanctions.

May 25, the National Bank has canceled the registration of WebMoney in anti-Russian sanctions.

Earlier, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions on persons who participated in illegal voting in the annexed Crimea.

Russians are afraid of life in the occupied Crimea

The Russians, who come to the occupied Crimea, are terrified of the changes that took place on the peninsula after annexation by Russia.

This is stated on the page "Crimean Banderovets" on Twitter.

"The occupant went to the Crimea and was horrified by the changes that have taken place since his last visit to a peninsula that is free from his country, but the reasons for the change have not been understood," the signing says in the screenshots of the discussion in the social network.

So, according to the Russian in 2010, it was much more fun in the Crimea: the quay was crowded with tourists, tents with souvenirs, food, rides, clubs, bars were working.

"The city was madly alive. Today came, somehow even upset, what happened?" Yaroslavl himself wrote, he wrote.

Russians responded immediately to the network.

"Because you came to another country," "Russia has happened, everything is impossible," - wrote on the Internet.

Russia is without a doubt responsible for shooting down MH17, - US State Department

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

After the Summit of the Russian and American presidents, the U.S. government has not changed its previous position that Russia was responsible for downing MH17.

Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Heather Nauert told a briefing on Wednesday, July 18, Censor.NET reports.

Asked whether Helsinki Summit changed the U.S. Government's previous position that Russia was responsible for downing MH17, Nauert said: "The United States Government has long said that Russia is without a doubt responsible for shooting down MH17."

"As recently as May, we put out two statements, and I’d like to read a bit from those statements. The first one came out on May the 24th. It said, "The United States has complete confidence in the findings of the joint investigation team as presented today by the Dutch public prosecutor. The missile launcher used to shoot down Malaysia Airline Flight MH17 originated from the 53rd anti-aircraft brigade of the Russian Federation stationed in Kursk." It goes on to say, "MH17 was shot down by a Russian-made surface-to-air missile fired from the territory in eastern Ukraine controlled by Russia and Russian-led forces." That was May 24th," the spokesperson said.

"May 25th we put out another statement that said, "We strongly support decisions by the Netherlands and Australia to call Russia to account for its role in the July 2014 downing of the Malaysia flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine and the horrific deaths of 298 civilians. It’s time for Russia to acknowledge its role in shooting down the plane and cease its callous disinformation campaign," she said.

Censor.NET has been reporting about the investigation of the crash investigation progress and published exclusive photos of the hangar and the submunitions of Russian missile Buk-M1-2, featured in the criminal investigation. Prosecutor's Offices of the Netherlands and Australia have prepared convincing evidence. It was established that submunitions that hit the Boeing exactly match those from the warhead of the latest Russian anti-aircraft missile Buk-M1-2. The system was developed in 1997, put into service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 1998, and was never delivered to Ukraine. In addition, independent experts from Germany, England and Poland studied the fragments of the debris and concluded they were part of a Russian Buk missile. Modern chemical analysis has identified the composition of the metal and found parts of the glass and skin of the same downed Boeing that had been cut by these elements prior to hitting the people.

In November 2015, President Poroshenko visited the Netherlands and said that Ukraine was employing its membership in the U.N. Security Council for investigation of the MH17 tragedy.

In May 2016, Australian law firm LHD filed a lawsuit against Russia and Russian President Vladimir Putin to the European Court for Human Rights on behalf of relatives of those killed in the Malaysian Boeing MH17. The lawsuit names Putin as accused defendant and demands $10 million for each killed passenger.

On May 24, 2018, Joint Investigation Team said it managed to ascertain that the BUK system used to bring down MH17 was in service with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Namely, it belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade based in the city of Kursk, the Russian Federation.

Moldovan Parliament recognized Russian troops and Armed Forces of Transnistria as a potential threat to security

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Censor_news_big3

The Moldovan parliament approved on Thursday a final reading of the National Defense Strategy for 2018-2021, in which the Armed Forms of Transnistria, as well as the presence of Russian troops on the territory of the country, were indicated among the risks and threats.

Reported Cenzor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.

"There is a large number of separatist military and paramilitary forces in the eastern region of Moldova that have significant operational capabilities that undermine and threaten the territorial integrity of the country," the document said.

"In Moldova, a military contingent of the Russian Federation is stationed in Moldova without the legitimate consent of Moldova, as opposed to the constitutional provisions, which present a risk to national security in the context of a possible escalation of the regional situation," the Strategy says.

Other threats affect the protection of infrastructure, cyber attacks, illegal migration and arms trafficking, terrorist activities, as well as chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear risks.

The document also states that "it is possible to expand the zone of instability from Ukraine to the borders of Moldova".

"Certain elements and social groups with extremist views with Moldova or outside, inspired by instability in Ukraine, may make attempts at sabotage and hybrid war on the territory of the republic," the Strategy notes.

According to the adopted document, the Strategy aims at "consolidating, developing and modernizing the capacity of the national defense system to adequately respond to the threats and security risks of the state, as well as to adapt the regulatory framework to the objectives of the strategy and to ensure the financing of national defense."

The Moldovan parliament also called for strengthening the neutrality of the country, stressing that this "does not mean isolation".

The approved document deals with the importance of the status of Moldova's neutrality. According to the strategy, "the status of neutrality implies unconditional refusal to participate in armed conflicts, and in peacetime, to build good-neighborly relations with all international partners on the basis of mutual respect and consensus."

"Neutrality means not isolation but, most likely, participation of the country not only as a consumer of security, but also as an active participant in the development of international relations, with the use and development of all the opportunities for international cooperation, acting impartially and without prejudice, while promoting national security interests and defense", - underlines in the Strategy.

According to the document, the national interests of Moldova are: guaranteeing the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the state; ensuring stable and sustainable development of the state; European integration; territorial reintegration; prosperity and well-being of citizens; Participation in the safeguarding of international security.

On June 22, 2018, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution "On the complete and unconditional withdrawal of foreign military forces from the territory of the Republic of Moldova." For approval of the resolution voted 64 countries, against - 15, abstained 83 delegations.

Recall that known pro-Russian views Igor Dodon was elected president of Moldova in November 2016. During the televised debates, still in the status of the candidate, he said that the Crimea belongs to Russia.

Mostly, the Russian-speaking region of Transnistria in 1992 unilaterally proclaimed "independence" from the rest of Moldova. Transnistria has not recognized the self-proclaimed "independence" of the Transnistria in the world, although the region has substantial support from Russia - political, economic and military.

After a short war of 1992, killing at least 1,200 people, Chisinau finally lost control of the region. Separatists then participated in separate fighters, whole units and units of the Russian army with their weapons and military equipment.

In 1992, under a bilateral Russian-Moldovan agreement, a peacekeeping operation involving Russian and Moldavian troops, as well as armed groups, was launched on the administration between Transnistria and the rest of Moldova.

International negotiations on the settlement of the Transnistria problem are conducted in the format of 5 + 2 (Moldova, Transnistria, Russia, Ukraine and OSCE, plus observers from the USA and the EU).

Russian - Ukraine News. Thursday 19 July. [Ukrainian sources] Empty US Congress registered a bill on sanctions against North Stream-2

Thu Jul 19, 2018 12:10 pm
US Congress registered a bill on sanctions against North Stream-2

Senator-republican John Barrasso said that he had registered a bill on the imposition of sanctions against North Stream-2.

This is reported by DW.

The bill says that sanctions against the builders of the gas pipeline will allow NATO countries to avoid political manipulations on the part of Russia in the field of energy supplies.

In addition, the author of the bill insists that European countries, in particular Germany, should reduce their dependence on gas supplies from Russia rather than increase it, as it is now.

Earlier, Trump stated that the construction of the North Stream 2 pipeline was a catastrophe for Europe . However, after a meeting with Putin, Trump softened his position on the Russian gas pipeline.

On July 12, Trump during a NATO Summit press conference said he considers it unacceptable to conclude agreements with Russia in the energy sector.

Let's remind that prior to the NATO summit, Trump criticized Germany for permission to build the Russian pipeline "North Stream 2" and said that Germany was "hostage to Russia" in supplying energy resources.

On January 31, 2018, Germany allowed the Nord Stream 2 to be built on its territory, and on March 27 it allowed construction .

Also, Finland and Sweden have allowed construction of the pipeline "Nord Stream 2" in their economic zones.

Germany began to build a German section of the Russian gas pipeline North Stream 2 despite the lack of permits from all countries whose territory this gas pipeline should pass.

Poroshenko called supporters of the construction of a new Russian gas pipeline "accomplices of the Russian Federation" and said that "North Stream 2" monopolizes the supply of gas to the EU by Russia. Also, the President of Ukraine has agreed with Deputy Secretary of State Mitchell on joint actions to counter the construction of the North Stream-2.

On April 5, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine called on the world not to support the construction of the Russian "North Stream-2" .

In Finland, already challenged in the court a permit for the construction of the "North Stream-2". In addition, German environmentalists opposed the construction of the North Stream-2.
