Protests in Russia combined with European and American sanctions can change the behavior of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Crimea and the Donbass, says Ambassador of the Netherlands to Ukraine Eduard Hux.

Such an opinion was expressed by the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Ukraine, Eduard Hux, in an interview to the publication "Focus", reports Censor.NET.

"In the Netherlands, many are watching what is going on and condemning Russian aggression - both the annexation of the Crimea and the war on the Donbass.
