Volume of capital investments in Ukraine for the first half increased by more than 26%

Significant share of capital investment is absorbed in machinery, equipment and inventory and vehicles - 48.1% of all investments, in buildings and facilities - 40.0%.

Capital repairs of assets sent 14.6 billion UAH of capital investments (7.1% of the total).

Capital investment in industry amounted to 71.6 billion UAH, which is 34.4% more than in the same period last year. It is 34% of the total volume. Agriculture is second only to agriculture. Capital investment in agriculture amounted to 26.4 billion UAH, which is 9.8% more than in the first half of 2017 and accounts for 13% of the total volume. In construction, investments made - 22.4 billion USD, transport and warehousing - 18.5 billion UAH.
