New conflict: The Kremlin threatened Britain in the Arctic

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:20 pm
New conflict: The Kremlin threatened Britain in the Arctic

The Russian diplomat said that Britain's build-up of its military presence near the northern borders of the Russian Federation would be a tension increase in the Arctic region.

The spokeswoman for the Russian embassy in London said, commenting on a statement by British Defense Minister Gavin Williamson on a new defense strategy in the Arctic.

"We call the official London, which recently actively promoted the concept of" Global Britain", to realize its ambitions in other areas," he said.

"The unwarranted plans to build Britain by military presence near the immediate borders of Russia will only create the creation of an unnecessary tension," said an employee of the diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation.

According to him, "Russia and other Arctic countries consider the region as a space for constructive engagement." "There is no and there should be no potential for conflict," - added the spokeswoman of the embassy.

Announcing a new defensive strategy in the Arctic, the head of the British Defense Ministry announced the deployment of 800 marines and special forces in Norway, who will be there with US and Dutch naval officers as well as Norwegian soldiers.

Williamson said that in this way, London will react to the activity of Moscow in the Arctic region, which has grown in recent years.

Recall that not long ago, Russian troops conducted training in the Arctic with the use of the Bastion Coastal Missile Complex.

How Putin is preparing for Europe a new war and chaos: named possible performers

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:23 pm
How Putin is preparing for Europe a new war and chaos: named possible performers

Russia will try to ignite the center of instability with the help of pseudo-"right" and paramilitary organizations.

This was stated in an article on "Apostrophe" by Analyst of the Center for the Study of Civil Society Issues Maria Kucherenko.

"We saw a military patriotic camp, where members of the"Enot"PVC (private military company from Russia - "Apostrophe") are trained. We saw many other organizations in Serbia, the activities of the same Militsa Dzhurdjevich and so on, that is, tools of every kind of paramilitary and political direction. And it is impossible to exclude provocations in the performance of such personalities, as well as the role of the propaganda factor of the Russian Federation", - said Kucherenko.

Also, the analyst advised to pay attention to the film "Balkan border", whose premier is scheduled for February next year. In the picture of the Russian Federation it will be possible to annihilate the throw on "Slatin" in every possible way. And in the very tape involved Serbian and Russian actors. According to the expert, this large-scale insanely expensive project, and the Russians do not do anything just like that.

"It is also not worth covert eyes on all sorts of Dugin and Savin's voyages from the most problematic areas of the Balkan Peninsula (Greece, Macedonia and Serbia) that took place this year, but they do not go anywhere just like that..." Maria Kucherenko stated.

As she stressed, Putin's main goal is to prevent the integration of the Balkan countries into the European Union and NATO. The Kremlin does not need political stability there and the transition to a new understanding of its past, because it is easier to manipulate and manage populist leaders who appeal to phantom pains and endlessly talk about how NATO bombed us. It's easier for the Kremlin to corrupt them and create a springboard for their influence on Europe.

"In addition, there is a propaganda effect here - to talk about the Serbian brothers about how Russia helped Serbia all his life, although this is by no means the case. It is already clear to young Serbs that Russia has not always been a friend of Serbia, but the Kremlin needs keep the myth of help to the Slavs-brothers at all costs. Another question is how much this myth is authoritative for today...", - the analyst at the Center for the Study of Civil Society Problems has summed up.

Russia threatens the operation of the missile treaty, Stoltenberg

Russia threatens the operation of the missile treaty, Stoltenberg

Russia does not comply with its international obligations under the Treaty on the Elimination of Medium and Medium Range Missiles, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg

"We remain concerned that Russia does not respect its international obligations, including the Medi-and-Long Range Missile Treaty, which is currently threatened by Russia's actions," he said before the meeting of the North Atlantic Alliance defense ministers, wrote the European however.

Stoltenberg said that Russia was developing a new long-range radar ground rocket.

"Russia did not provide any specific information about these missiles, all the Allies agree that this is a violation of the agreements," he said.

Earlier it was reported that US President Donald Trump instructed the ministers to develop a plan to impose sanctions against Russia because of the violation of the Treaty on the elimination of medium and short-range missiles.

In the "New Course" Tymoshenko has a lot of plagiarism from Lyashka and Russian economist Glaziev

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:31 pm
In the "New Course" Tymoshenko has a lot of plagiarism from Lyashka and Russian economist Glaziev

Economic program of Yulia Tymoshenko "New course" includes plagiarism of programs and strategies of the radical party, scandalous Russian economist Sergei Glaziev and other sources.

This was written on his Facebook page by the editor-in-chief of VoxUkraine Boris Davydenko.

He noted that in the "New Economic Course" Tymoshenko disclosed an action program for 400 pages, but the true content in it for 30-50 pages maximum. The problem is that there are plenty of plagiarism in this document, links to non-existent sources and errors.

"For example, the monetary policy of the" course "is based on the strategy of the banking sector development, which Lyashko's team moved two years ago . The economic arrangements were borrowed from the odious Russian academician Glaziev, and the electronic services took the floor to the Institute for Strategic Studies (which, incidentally, always works on the current president.) And so on and so on,"- said Davydenko.

He also posted a link to the article VoxUkraine, where there is a link to the text "Course" copied from other articles or programs, the indicated errors and non-existent sources.

In particular, the document contains copied sentences from Wikipedia , Banking Development Strategies, prepared by the Expert Group of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Financial Policy and Banking Activities in 2016, and the Ministry of Finance .

"Section 23 (land relations) - almost completely copied report of the analytical center" Optima " from 2017. It is clear that both in the" New Course "and in this report are the same authors, but in countries where there are standards of academic integrity, such borrowing is called samplagatiom", - note in the article.

Russia's senseless attempt to use the illegal detention of a Ukrainian citizen as the basis for negotiations - US State Department rejects Sentsov's exchange for three citizens of Russia

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:34 pm
Russia's senseless attempt to use the illegal detention of a Ukrainian citizen as the basis for negotiations - US State Department rejects Sentsov's exchange for three citizens of Russia

The United States does not consider the possibility of exchanging a Ukrainian convicted in Russia, Oleg Sentsov, for Russians Viktor Bout and Konstantin Yaroshenko, convicted in the United States, as well as Maria Butina, who is under arrest there.

This is stated in the statement of the State Department, provided to the Russian service "BBC", reports Censor.NET.

"Any senseless attempt by Russia to use illegally detaining a citizen of Ukraine as a basis for negotiations would be another indication that Russia regards human rights, the sovereignty of Ukraine and the rule of law with inadequate respect," the statement said.

"Sentsova was arrested in the Ukrainian-occupied Crimea region, Russia was forcibly granted Russian citizenship, after which the Russian court sentenced him to 20 years in prison," the State Department noted.

"The charges brought against Sentsov in preparation for the terrorist attack are ungrounded and is a cynical revenge for his position on the Russian occupation of the Crimea," the statement said.

Recall that on September 30, the Russian edition of Novaya Gazeta, referring to a source close to the negotiations on the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine, said that the main condition for the release of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov was the extradition of Russia Viktor Bout and Konstantin Yaroshenko convicted in the United States, and also Maria Butina, who is under arrest there.

According to the source of the newspaper, Moscow is ready to discuss such a "humanitarian action" directly from the United States without involving Ukraine in negotiations.

Detention of a scandalous banker from the Russian Federation: In Ukraine, they were told how to use it against the Kremlin

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:37 pm
Detention of a scandalous banker from the Russian Federation: In Ukraine, they were told how to use it against the Kremlin

In Ukraine, at the request of Russian investigators, was arrested a banker Alexei Alyakin, who is accused of fraud in Russia: he claims that he can not be issued because he fought in volunteer battalions.

This is reported by " Russian BBC Service".

In Russia, Alyakin was actively engaged in business, was the owner of the bank Pushkino, as well as a number of other small banks. In 2013, Alyakin declared himself bankrupt in Russia. His debt to creditors reached half a billion rubles.

In December 2015 Tverskaya district court of Moscow authorized his absentee arrest, Alyakin was declared an international wanted. By the time Alyakin had already received Ukrainian citizenship and was engaged in construction business, he was the owner of the Progress Bud company.

However, on July 30, 2018, the migration service canceled the citizenship of a former banker, and on August 9 he was detained on the 79th kilometer of the Kiev-Odessa highway.

The banker was placed under the so-called extradition arrest. The decision to extradite Alyakin to the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office should be taken no later than September 15, 2019.

At court, Alyakin's defense insisted that a banker should not be issued to Moscow. According to lawyers, he will be persecuted for political reasons, as he participated in hostilities in the Donbass on the Ukrainian side (in the units of "Arata" and "Aidar").

At the same time, volunteer Yuri Butusov on his Facebook page writes about other possible arguments against the Russian extradition. According to Butusov, a former banker probably knows a lot about the financial system of the Russian Federation and can tell about the machinations in it, including those of Russian President Vladimir Putin's friends.

"Alexey Alyakin is an important person for Russia, his release is important to the Kremlin, not only as the extradition of a criminal offender, Alyakin, thanks to his enormous ties, surely knows how Putin and the FSB make money, he has a lot of valuable information. the war criminal and the Russian prisons are a lot of people important for Ukraine. If Russia wants exchanges, it is not necessary to change Alyakin for criminals, but for significant and important persons for Ukraine, for our captives, our hostages. We must clearly understand , doing what during the war a vital service, depriving our citizens of citizenship, the country's leadership acts in the interests of the state. Perhaps, using Alyakin's knowledge, we could get interesting information about the financial system of the Russian Federation, perhaps Alyakin would have witnessed litigation against Putin and his gang abroad. Undoubtedly, under pressure, he could tell a lot to our western allies,"- wrote Butusov.

Sentsov suffers from heart failure, rheumatism, has liver and kidney issues

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:43 pm
Sentsov suffers from heart failure, rheumatism, has liver and kidney issues

Dmitry Dinze, the lawyer of Ukrainian filmmaker Oleh Sentsov unlawfully convicted in Russia, says that his client suffers from heart failure and rheumatism after 142 days of hunger strike.

Censor.NET reports referring to Krym.Realii.

"Yes, his (Sentsov’s - Ed.) health went downhill. He has heart issues - cardiac insufficiency. He also suffers from rheumatic disease of the lower limbs, problems with the liver and kidneys since his blood changed due to the hunger strike. Accordingly, he was prescribed certain medications, glucose infusions, food mixtures. Based on this, in line with the doctors’ opinion, he takes certain drugs that are being prescribed to him," Dinze said.

Sentsov in a letter to human rights activist: "I never expected I could last so long and I do not know how much longer I will. I believe this whole story will have a happy ending against all odds".

Sentsov is serving a sentence in the maximum security labor camp in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. This prison's inmates are serving sentences for commission of grave and especially grave crimes.

Sentsov was detained by the Russian FSB Security Service in Russian-occupied Crimea in 2014 together with activist Oleksandr Kolchenko. They were brought to Russia and tried in a trumped-up case on charges of organizing acts of terror and arson on the peninsula. On Aug. 25, 2015, Sentsov and Kolchenko were sentenced to 20 years and 10 years in prison respectively. On Oct. 21, 2016, Russia refused to extradite the two Ukrainians to Ukraine, claiming they had automatically acquired Russian citizenship after the annexation of Crimea.

Sentsov’s cousin-sister Natalia Kaplan said March 16, 2018 that her cousin reported on his failing health in a letter. He in particular said that he is losing his hair and has his teeth crumbling into small pieces.

On May 14, 2018, the fillmmaker said he went on an indefinite hunger strike demanding to release all Ukrainian political prisoners held in Russia.

The violinist supported the occupation of the Crimea, called the Ukrainians "sheep" and does not blame the Kremlin for poisoning

on Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:50 pm
The violinist supported the occupation of the Crimea, called the Ukrainians "sheep" and does not blame the Kremlin for poisoning

Former Colonel GRU Sergei Skrypal, poisoned in British Salisbury, did not believe in the version that the Russian government was behind an assassination attempt.

According to Cenzor.NET, this is stated in the book The Skripal Files BBC journalist Mark Urban, which will be released in the UK on October 4.

Also read: Peskov about exposing the Violinist poisoners: "We, the Kremlin, do not want to continue to take part in sucking this issue"

After five weeks at the coma, the violinist faced "serious psychological problems", refusing to believe that his poisoning may be involved in Russia, quotes the book The Guardian.

In his book, Urban, who made a series of interviews with the violinist a year before his poisoning, calls the former intelligence officer a "shameless Russian nationalist." While living in Salisbury, Sergei Skripal constantly watched the First Channel of Russian television and largely supported the Kremlin's views, for example, on joining the Crimea in 2014, and also called the Ukrainians "simply sheep who need a good shepherd." He also refused to believe in the participation of Russian troops in the conflict in eastern Ukraine and was convinced that if Russian soldiers entered the Ukrainian territory, they would quickly reach Kyiv.

Urban's book does not answer the key question - why Sergey Skrypal was aiming for an attack in Salisbury, says The Guardian.

As reported by Tsensor.NET, on September 5, the British Prosecutor's Office named the names of two Russians suspected of attempting to assassinate Sergei and Julia Fiddlers in Salisbury: Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov. British Prime Minister Teresa May said: "The suspects in the case are officers of the GRU General Staff of the Russian Federation.

On September 26th, the third part of the Bellingcat and The Insider investigation reveals that the real name of Ruslan Boshirov, who is accused of poisoning violinists, is Anatoly Chepiga. He is a Colonel of the GRU, born on April 5, 1979, in the village of Nikolaevka in the Amur region, graduated from the Far Eastern High Command Command College with honors and went to serve in the 14th GRU Special Purpose Brigade. Chepiga was on a business trip to Chechnya for three times, the unit he served was also seen next to the Ukrainian border in 2014. The Insider and Bellingcat reported that they identified the identity of one of the poisoners Sergei Skrypal. According to their data, "Ruslan Boshirov" is a Colonel of the GRU, the hero of Russia Anatoly Chepyga.

Journalists managed to visit the village, where Chepiga lived for a long time. Peasants recognized him and told that he had long been "in secret service."

Recall that an investigation into an assassination attempt by Sergei Skrypal and his daughter, Julia, continues. Serhiy Skrypal, an ex-colonel of the GRU stockpile, who lives in the UK, convicted in 2006 of espionage in favor of British intelligence services, was injured as a result of poisoning with an unknown substance at the Salisbury shopping mall.

It should also be noted that on March 12, Prime Minister Teresa May announced that the British government had come to the conclusion that the responsibility for poisoning in Salisbury, a former GRG employee Sergey Skripal and his daughter, is most likely to lie in Russia. She also said that the victims were poisoned by the nerve-paralytic substance "Novichok", which was developed in the Russian Federation.

On March 14, May announced London 's decision to send 23 Russian diplomats who work for intelligence: "This will be the largest single expulsion in more than 30 years. This (this measure) reflects the fact that the Russian state is not the first time acting against our country."

On March 20, 23 Russian embassy staffers in London, as well as their families, left Great Britain.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that 13 Russian diplomats are signing solidarity with their British partners and transatlantic allies and in coordination with the European Union.

NATO will hold the largest military training since 1991

The North Atlantic Alliance will hold the largest military training Trident Juncture since 1991. In the maneuvers will be attended by about 45 thousand troops from 31 countries, more than 110 planes and 60 ships.

This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, reports Censor.NET with reference to Deutsche Welle.

The training will take place from 25 October to 7 November in Norway, the Baltic Sea and the North Atlantic. The maneuvers will be attended by about 45 thousand troops from 31 countries, as well as more than 110 planes and 60 ships. The training will be defensive, they will simulate NATO's respective actions for a possible armed attack on one of the Allies, said Stoltenberg.

NATO calls these maneuvers the biggest since 1991.

We urge Hungary not to use NATO in disputes with Ukraine - US ambassador to NATO Gatchinson

We urge Hungary not to use NATO in disputes with Ukraine - US ambassador to NATO Gatchinson

The United States reiterates its call on Hungary to stop interfering with the North Atlantic Alliance's cooperation with Ukraine.

As Cenozer.NET relies on Voice of America, during a telephone briefing in Brussels on October 2, US Ambassador to NATO Kay Bailey Hutchinson commented on the problems between Budapest and Kiev, which aggravated Hungary's criticism of the new law on education in Hungary.

"We continue to urge Hungary not to use bilateral disagreements contrary to NATO's commitment to cooperate with Ukraine," the ambassador said.

Hutchinson stressed that "for Ukraine, which is undergoing Russian aggression on its borders, it is important that we help her in every possible way to curb Russia's aggression."

Read on "Tsensor.NET": Hope Ukraine and Hungary will decide the differences: only from Budapest and Kiev depends on finding a solution, - Stoltenberg

The ambassador also expressed the hope that "Hungary will separately settle its differences with Ukraine on the law on education and then join us in NATO to help Ukraine by all means to preserve its sovereign territory and stabilize its democracy."

Hutchinson emphasized that the US is a leader in NATO and intends to remain a leader in a transatlantic organization that has successfully guaranteed peace for its members for about 70 years.
