The occupants began to demand spare parts for military equipment repair in the auto companies of Donbas

For the repair of the defective military equipment of the terrorists, the Russian occupation administrations were sent to the local transport organizations "artillery" with the requirement to provide the necessary spare parts.

As informs Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, the GUR reported.

"The command of the Russian occupation forces intensified the restoration of damaged and defective military equipment of units and units 1 (Donetsk), 2 (Lugansk) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation due to the supply of repair kits and equipment from the territory of Russia. At the same time, the volume of received spare parts and materials for repairing the automobile Transport constitutes less than 50% of the declared necessity.

In this regard, the Russian occupation administrations sent heads of local transport organizations special "caterpillars" for the supply of units of the Russian occupation forces of automobile spare parts and units, including by disassembling up to 25% of trucks, "the report said.

According to the intelligence, the said actions of the invaders caused indignation among the workers of automobile enterprises in the occupied territories, who are forced to bring the working machinery to a faulty state that is in danger of prolonged downtime, non-payment of wages and dismissal of drivers.

"There are chances at the stop of the North Stream-2, and Ukraine continues to fight,"

on Mon Nov 05, 2018 9:29 am
"There are chances at the stop of the North Stream-2, and Ukraine continues to fight,"

The chances of stopping the construction of the North Stream 2 pipeline still remain, despite the actual support of the project by the German government.

According to Censor.NET, this is stated in a press release from the press service of "Naftogaz" on Twitter.

This opinion was expressed on the Facebook page by Yuriy Vitrenko, Chief Executive Officer of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. According to him, despite the actual support of the North Stream-2, the German government has a chance to stop it.

He noted that "plan B" in this case lies in the courts against Gazprom, in which Ukraine will seek compensation for the lack of transit. In particular, Naftogaz will use the provisions of the current transit contract, which will give it the right to reconsider the tariff, and will include accelerated depreciation or economic depreciation of the Ukrainian GTS as a consequence of the lack of transit after 2020.

Vitrenko stressed that Gazprom has the opportunity to avoid the need to compensate for these costs, but for this he should abandon the "North Stream-2".

"At the end, I will comment on the statements of those who say about the need to reconcile with the North Stream-2 and instead of fighting to develop their own production. I do not see the logic in such statements: own extraction must be developed in any case, it does not depend on the struggle against "North Stream 2." At its level, we increased gas production to record levels over the past 23 years - through the use of new technologies, and not at the expense of new licenses, "he added.

Moscow must admit that the Ukrainian people have the right to autocephaly - the Ecumenical Patriarch of the ROC

on Mon Nov 05, 2018 9:32 am
Moscow must admit that the Ukrainian people have the right to autocephaly - the Ecumenical Patriarch of the ROC

Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew commented on the rupture of the Russian Orthodox Church in relations with Constantinople through the preparation of the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church.

As informs Censor.NET with reference to the "New time", this is written by the Greek edition of Orthodoxia.info.

The position of the Russian Orthodox Church on the autocephaly of the Ukrainian Church, Bartholomew, commented during the liturgy at the Cathedral of St. George in Istanbul.

"When our northern brethren speak of a split, we are talking about love... The Church-Mother, with this love, is now trying to solve the church problem of Ukraine... Moscow must admit that the Ukrainian people who were unfairly under their jurisdiction for some time or, more precisely, under their administration, has the right to church independence, autocephaly from the Mother Church, "said Bartholomew.

As it was reported, on Saturday, November 3, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew signed an agreement on cooperation and cooperation between Ukraine and the Patriarchate of Constantinople in Istanbul.

As the Poroshenko meeting said, the agreement creates conditions for the "process of giving Tomos (on autocephaly - Ed.) To be carried out absolutely in strict conformity with the canons of the Orthodox Church." The head of state called this day, November 3, historic.

Recall that on October 11, according to the results of the meeting of the Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, a decision has been made, which states that Constantinople continues the procedure of granting autocephaly to the Ukrainian Church.

In addition, the Synod's letter of 1686 was canceled, after which the Kyiv Metropolitanate fell under the jurisdiction of Moscow, the canonical status of the presiding UOC of the Kyiv Patriarchate Filaret and the head of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Macarius were restored.

Kolomoisky uses foreign media to discredit Poroshenko before the election, - Washington Times

on Mon Nov 05, 2018 9:43 am
Kolomoisky uses foreign media to discredit Poroshenko before the election, - Washington Times

"Ukrainian oligarchs are able to create stories, falsify documents and even conduct criminal investigations."

This is written by a special correspondent The Washington Times, an expert from the CIS countries L Todd Wood in the article "Ukrainian media wars: oligarchs are struggling for the audience before the elections in Ukraine."

The author notes that in the United States in recent years, the media have become the battlefield for power. "However, Ukraine, with its unbridled corruption, turned out to be zero for this modern, non-lethal war, since the oligarchs who own the media are trying to shape the reality on the ground in Kyiv," he writes.

As an example, the author cites the film "The oligarchs", prepared by the Al Jazeera Investigation Department earlier this year. The films described attempts by Viktor Yanukovych's environment to return part of the funds frozen by the authorities after he left the country in 2014. The journalists explain that businessman Sergiy Kurchenko (the same "Dragon Yanukovych") resold these assets to a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksander Onyshchenko, and a Russian entrepreneur with established criminal ties with Paul Fuks (he is Fuchs). Both of them, in turn, tried to "freeze" the assets, using their likely influence on President Poroshenko.

The author claims that the oligarch, who escaped from Ukraine, Igor Kolomoisky, became the customer of the film about corruption. In support of the thesis that Igor Kolomoisky is behind al-Jazeera investigations, the journalist points out that a few months before the premiere of the "Al Jazeera" movie on the website of the Ukrainian journalist Oleksander Dubinsky, the leading TV channel "1+1", which belongs to Kolomoisky, published an article in which the main theses of the film" Oligarchs "are presented.

"This is an example of how oligarchic media can try to influence local opinion," the journalist said.

The journalist notes that the investment company ICU, with Valeriy Gontarev as the former head, also became the object of black PR and investigations of Al-Jazeera, and notes that these attacks are also likely to be worthy of Igor Kolomoisky, who is trying to return $5 billion, not mentioned in the movie "Al Jazeera".

"NBU, headed by Valery Gontarevo, nationalized the largest commercial bank of the country" PrivatBank. "By the time of the nationalization of the" hole "in the finances of the bank, fully controlled by the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, amounted to more than $5 billion. And the London Supreme Court froze more than $2.5 billion belonging Mr. Kolomoisky in connection with the "PrivatBank" case. It seems that there is a lot of material for the new documentary film, because it is a story that has not yet received much publicity, "the author remarks.

According to the ICU managing partner Konstantin Stetsenko, the political struggle in the election year is the main cause of the various attacks faced by the ICU in Ukraine and in the international press. Although some of the former ICU staff were key figures of recent Ukrainian reforms, he notes that the company is not affiliated with them or with politics.

"One thing is certain: Ukraine seems to continue to provide a wealth of materials for those who want to make a good documentary film. With the impending presidential election in March 2019, the information war will only intensify in Ukraine and the United States," the author concludes.

American scientists have developed an effective program to combat cyber sharks

American scientists have developed an effective program to combat cyber sharks

With the help of a new program researchers help law enforcement agencies fight scammers who steal electronic mailbox data.

As Eurek Alert writes , a new tool for visual analytics significantly accelerates pre-trial investigations and highlights critical references.

Law enforcement agencies often lack resources to identify cyber criminals who continue to actively engage in e-mail.

To address the issue, a research group from New York University together with Agari has developed the Beagle program - a visual analytical interface that can handle a multitude of emails, summarize data from them, and highlight common features.

Scientists emphasized that the program well organizes data that law enforcement often does not notice - the time of sending a letter, the location of victims, keywords and patterns of fraudsters.

"Business e-mail throughout history has been linked to various forms of fraud on a small and more global scale," the researchers said. Beagle has expanded our ability to monitor and track these criminal organizations, reflecting a more complete picture of the people involved and their relationships with each other."

The program was tested on a real case where it was necessary to find a network of scammers and victims, relying only on a dozen compromised emails. Beagle was able to visualize this, and then transfer the data with the displayed links to the law enforcement agencies.

"We were surprised to find that the program really could gather evidence that could be used for the criminal process," the scientists said, adding that the tool can strengthen the analytical process by identifying links that lead to an increase in the database of investigators.

Earlier, the director of the Federal Intelligence Service of Switzerland, Jean-Philippe Goden, said that the spying activity of Russian agents has steadily increased in Switzerland . In Switzerland, caught by Russian hackers who planned to attack WADA.
In the Czech Republic detained Russians suspected of cyberattack at the Foreign Ministry

The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine stated that since the beginning of the war, Russian hackers attacked Ukraine more than 6 thousand times.
