The main lead item on the tv news last night was, of course, the Russian veto at the UN.
Many channels carried a summary of the attack on MH17, showing the Russian buk travelling to Donetsk, and then back into Russia.
Everybody knows what happened.
Reading of 105 attacks by Putin yesterday. A high figure. It hasn't been above 100 for a long time.
ATO Update - sadly 2 dead, 5 injured yesterday.
I heard yesterday from a friend who returned from Volnavacha, near the frontline. In his opiniion the terrorists are getting fed up, bored.
And they are beginning to settle down in their new locations. Controlling the territory as the new warlords.  
A stupid British journalist called Kitty Logan also has made the news in several papers here. She is a frequent visitor to the Donbass, and on her last visit asked the Russians to fire at the Ukrainians for some action. She has blood on her hands. She should be charged with war crimes.
Nothing from Sky News on this. All they care about is money and a good story. Human life - nothing to scumballs like Logan.
Logan blocked people writing about this on twitter. Obviously she doesn't like news about herself, but is happy to blow up a few people for a good news story and a nice bonus from her boss.

A new attempt to get the UN Security Council decision on the establishment of the tribunal crash of Boeing-777 will be implemented in the Donbas two months. In an interview with Associated Press, he said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, reports Ukrinform.

The "Museum of the History of Ukraine during World War II" (the former Museum of the Great Patriotic War), has opened a unique exhibition "Family memories of the war: Saved." The main theme of the exhibition - intertwining fates of participants of the Second World War and their grandchildren, who are now fighting in the East. The exhibition will run until the end of the year, a ticket costs 15 uah.

Matias Gregory died at Pisky during a combat mission.
For us he was a friend and brother.
Bright and beautiful man, an experienced warrior, blacksmith, dreamer, adventurer.
A mortar attack that was carried out with the forbidden 120mm Mortar on Regiment positions by the Russian invaders, claimed the lives of our 26-year-old boy. ...

Putin talks about his "Ukrainian brothers" but - if this war ever stops - I do not see Ukraine and Russia being friends at all.
I think it will be more like Poland and Russia today.
The Poles hate the Russians, and the Russians hate the Poles.
That will be Putin's legacy on eastern Europe - a culture of hate - united hate towards Russia, completely manufactured by Putin.

What will keep this mad dictator - imperialist - in check? The Americans? The Europeans? No.. One thing only -
The financial capability to develop and produce more and more arms, and armies of various types.
This financial capability is controlled in the large part by the oil price. And that is falling.

During the last day in the area ATO killed two Ukrainian military and five were wounded.
Also, experts NSDC fixed concentration of military forces of the enemy in dangerous directions. "On the territory of the Crimean peninsula on the eastern border with Ukraine are active assault units of the armed forces of the Russian Federation. All this testifies to a conscious effort by the Russians to torpedo all peace agreements, formed on the basis of the Minsk Agreement" - said in a statement.
National Security Council drew the attention of international observers and official representatives of the OSCE to the rapid growth in the number of cases of firing artillery systems of the prohibited weapons, and by Ukrainian civil quarters frontline cities, entailing the death of civilians.
The report also states that in the last day 105 times was shelling the Russian-Ukrainian position with terrorist groups banned large-caliber artillery systems. This is the largest number of attacks since the beginning of the month.
