Russia ordered Donbas militants to get 1,000 Ukrainian Army uniforms to discredit the ATO forces
Russian occupation forces’ command has ordered the so-called "security agencies" of the "DPR" to acquire about 1,000 uniforms of Ukraine’s Armed Forces to fabricate propaganda materials aimed at discrediting the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces.
Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Defense Ministry on Facebook.
The intelligence agency reported that Russian private military companies (PMCs) are actively campaigning to recruit servicemen of the detachments of the Russian Armed Forces' Southern Military District to carry out combat operations in the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
"The servicemen hardened in battles against the ATO forces are the main target audience of the recruiting campaign. The Russian PMCs intend to use the aforementioned military personnel for protection of infrastructure facilities in Syria facing high threat of terrorist attacks," the agency said.

British PM calls European allies to increase efforts to counter Russian propaganda, plots
British Prime Minister Theresa May raised concerns over an alleged Russian plot to assassinate a former premier of Montenegro and urged European allies to step up their resistance to Russia's aggressive stance.
As reported by Censor.NET citing Bloomberg, May said speaking in Brussels that the international community must make a more visible commitment to security in the western Balkans in light of the Russian threat as she promised to increase U.K.'s support for the region.
"I will make clear my concerns about the potential for increased instability in that region and the risks that presents to our collective security," May told reporters before heading to a European Union summit discussion on defense over dinner on Thursday.
"In light of the alleged Montenegro coup plot, I will call for us to do more to counter destabilizing Russian disinformation campaigns and raise the visibility of the western commitment to this region," she said.
European governments bolstered security measures after Russia annexed Crimea in 2014. A special prosecutor in Montenegro said last month that evidence collected by authorities in the former Yugoslav republic showed Russian state bodies were involved in a plan to overthrow Montenegro's government and assassinate former Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic during last year's elections. Russia has denied any role in the alleged plot.
Britain will host a western Balkans summit in 2018 and will intensify security cooperation with the region on cyber-threats and organized crime, May said.

Huntsman offered Russia ambassadorship
Former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman has been offered the job of U.S. ambassador to Russia and is in the process of submitting paperwork to accept the position, two administration sources have confirmed.
Huntsman, who served as ambassador to Singapore under President George H.W. Bush and then to China under President Barack Obama, was an outspoken critic of President Donald Trump during last year's campaign.
He was officially offered the Russia post earlier this week.
Huntsman did not respond to a POLITICO request for comment. Sources say he plans to accept the job, one of the most sensitive and high profile ambassadorships, especially given the FBI and congressional investigations into Russian President Vladimir Putin's apparent efforts to tip last year's election in his favor and contacts between Russian officials and the Trump campaign.
Should Huntsman accept and be confirmed as ambassador, it could come as a relief to Utah Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch, 82, who is up for reelection next year. Huntsman has been seen as a potential challenger..................
