The Pentagon has voiced the timing for US military withdrawal from Syria

The head of the Central Command of the Armed Forces of the United States, General Joseph Votel, said the United States will begin the withdrawal of more than two thousand of its troops from Syria in the near future.
According to him, "it's said, probably, about a week," reports DW.
Volt added that "everything will depend on the operational situation" in Syria.
"We do not want to keep people on the ground that we do not need and are not involved in an active mission," said Voltel.
He also said that "the withdrawal of soldiers - easier than equipment", and now with the support of the additional forces transferred to the region solved the last task.
