The crisis in Russia Roskosmos reduces the cost of the ISS

Because of budget cuts Roskosmos forced to cut spending on the International Space Station from 2016 to 2025, writing "Izvestia".
Changes recorded in the draft Federal Space Program. According to released in April 2015 the program on the ISS was planned to be 281.4 billion rubles. After this, the Finance Ministry had insisted on spending cuts.
According to the new version of the PCF, to operate the station for 10 years, will spend 252.1 billion rubles. Because of this, the Federal Space Agency to give up a number of works on modernization of the Russian segment of the station, including the creation of a transformed and power modules.
