The United States has installed in South Korea advanced anti-missile systems Patriot as a response to the threats of the DPRK.

It is noted that the 35th US Air Defense Brigade in South Korea received an advanced missile defense system for training and possible further use.
The brigade already has 12 PAC-2 and PAC-3 anti-aircraft missile systems in Osan, Suwon, Kunsan, and Gwangju. In this case, the PAC-2 is loaded with four missiles, and the PAC-3 with 16 missiles.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump said, That South Korea should pay $ 1 billion to Washington for the installation of the THAAD missile defense complex on its territory.
