In Ukraine, a large group of hackers linked to the FSB were discovered

In Ukraine, a large group of hackers linked to the FSB were discovered

Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the organizer of a hacking network that has stolen money from bank accounts in 20 countries of the world.

This is reported by the press center of the SBU.

According to law enforcement officers, dealers with the help of special software got access to personal data of banks from the countries of the European Union, South Asia and the post-Soviet space. Then they formed fake payment documents in banking systems and deduced money from merchants' accounts.

The legalization of stolen funds was due to a series of fictitious financial transactions with intermediary firms, some of which was controlled by Russian special services.

According to the SBU, the operatives conducted searches at home from gangsters in Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Odesa and Voznesensk, Mykolaiv region. There they found documents confirming the facts of counterfeiting bank guarantees and the illegal transfer of stolen money through popular banking systems.

Employees of the SBU also revealed electronic correspondence, which proves legalization of stolen money, in particular through counteragents connected with special services of the Russian Federation.

"The organizers of the group were arrested - a citizen of one of the countries of the Middle East and an accomplice who was directly responsible for the technical maintenance of the deal," the report said.

According to the intelligence, the organizer and two inmates of the case announced suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 200 of the Criminal Code (illegal actions with transfer documents, payment cards and other means of access to bank accounts, equipment for their production).

A military conflict may appear between Britain and Russia: there was an alarming outlook

A military conflict may appear between Britain and Russia: there was an alarming outlook

In response to the sanctions imposed on the former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Skripal , Russia may well decide on a military demonstration against Britain.

An expert internationalist Grigory Perepelytsya told about this "Apostrophe".

According to him, the UK is afraid that bilateral relations with Russia will turn into a state of complete confrontation, where military assets will not be excluded.

"As Medvedev said in an interview," we will respond to these sanctions not only diplomatic and economic, but also by other means, "hinting that they will apply military force against Britain. It is hard to say in the form of direct or indirect actions, I think that by indirect action might be a blockade of Russian naval boats in the North Sea - something like patrolling near the British territorial waters - of their nuclear submarines, which would be quite motivated by the threat to Great Britain, or, say, fly over Great the British strategic bombers... Such a frank demonstration of strength and intentions to apply it is quite possible,"- notes Perepelytsya.

This danger becomes even more urgent given the fact that in the North Sea region Russia has an advantage in the armed forces.

"Moreover, as the commander of the British Navy said, Russian Navy is much better prepared than the British navy, and they are now deploying a group of British naval forces in the North Sea in response to the full domination of Russian submarines in the region," says the expert.

Russia has warned about its willingness to attack the US Army's control over Syria

Russia has twice warned the Pentagon of its readiness to strike at Syrian territories on which US troops are stationed.

This is reported by CNN with reference to its own sources.

Russia claims that there are militants in the area. According to anonymous sources, it is about the base of the ET-Tanf, where US troops help control the 55-kilometer exclusion zone.

Given its location at the intersection of the borders of Syria, Jordan and Iraq, the ET Tanf garrison is seen as a strategic point in the struggle for influence in the region between the United States, Iran and Russia.

In response, the Pentagon warned Moscow about the risks of "challenging US military presence in the region."

Recall that the Syrian government troops are preparing an attack on the last enclave of the rebels - the province of Idlib and its adjacent areas. Russia has already restored airstrikes in this area.

-Recall that on September 4, US President Donald Trump said that Iran and Russia will carry out a "serious humanitarian mistake" in Syria if they allow a government offensive on Idlib.

-Later on the same day, it became known that Russian military aircraft, after a 22-day break, restored air strikes in the province of Idlib.

Trump names last meeting with Putin "one of the best in life"

US President Donald Trump said his last meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki was "one of the best ever".

This is reported by CNN.

"They wanted us to have a boxing fight on that stage. We had a wonderful meeting. They talked about Ukraine and Syria. They talked about Israel's defense. We discussed a lot of great things. However, they say it was terrible, "said Trump during a Montana speech.

Trump and Putin's meeting was private, with only one interpreter on each side besides the presidents.

July 16, presidents of the United States and Russia met in Helsinki . The meeting lasted more than 2 hours. Then they met for the third time. Later Trump said he was expecting the next meeting with Putin.

The US Congress said they would not invite Putin to speak if he came to visit Washington.

For the first time, Trump met Putin on July 7, 2017, within the framework of the G20 summit in Hamburg. They met for the second time at the Asia-Pacific Summit in Vietnam on November 10, 2017.

Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are unleashing an unprecedented number of heavy equipment and weapons on the Donetsk Basin, the SCCC

Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are unleashing an unprecedented number of heavy equipment and weapons on the Donetsk Basin, the SCCC

Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are expanding on the Donbass unprecedented number of heavy machinery and weapons with violation of the lines of withdrawal.

As informs Censor.NET with reference to the press service of the OS, this is stated in the message of the Ukrainian side of the SCC

"The Ukrainian side of the CTCC has recorded an unprecedented number of artillery systems, tanks and armored combat vehicles outside the places of permanent storage and violations of the lines of withdrawal envisaged by the Minsk accords, as well as continuing to ignore the" school "armistice and increase the number of shelling", the statement said.

In the SCCC, it was recalled that despite the proclamation of "school" rebellion announced on August 29, 2018, during the day of September 6, armed formations of the Russian Federation 28 times violated the cease-fire regime, using small arms, large-caliber machine guns and grenade launchers. Most of the bombardments were recorded in the southern direction.

In addition, on 03.10 07.09.2018, in the direction of the settlement, the Crimean armed forces of the Russian Federation used cannibals of 152 mm caliber, banned by the Minsk agreements, spending 10 shells at that time.

"Covering the allegations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in preparation for active actions, the armed forces of the Russian Federation are strengthening their factions," the statement said.

It is also reported that in the temporarily occupied territory by the patrols and the OSCE SMMM UAV, a significant amount of heavy armament of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, which is located in violation of the lines of withdrawal, is absent in the areas of storage, including:

It is noted that all was discovered the location of 472 units of armament and military equipment of armed formations of the Russian Federation. The specified number of techniques allows to expand up to 6 battalion-tactical groups.

"The presence and constant deployment of artillery weapons of chance creates a potential threat from the armed forces of the Russian Federation to the advanced units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the report said.

Also, the SCCC reported that near the border with the Russian Federation in the Manich region on a ground road, where there were no border crossing points, the OSCE SMMM fleet found a column of 10 tilt trucks and 4 escort vehicles that crossed the state border of Ukraine towards Russia. In this case, UAV Mission was subjected to radio-electronic suppression.

In addition, it is noted that the armed formations of the Russian Federation continue to hinder the activities of the OSCE PMM patrols in the temporarily occupied territories. Thus, militants from Russian armed forces did not provide OSCE PMM representatives with access to monitoring at the location of heavy weapons deployed, and twice refused to allow the Observers of the Mission to pass a checkpoint in the Verkhne Shirokivske region.

Separatists In Ukraine's Donetsk Choose Zakharchenko Successor

Separatists In Ukraine's Donetsk Choose Zakharchenko Successor

Denis Pushilin, the chairman of the "people's council" of the Russia-backed separatist formation called the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) in eastern Ukraine, has been selected as the acting head of the DNR.

Russian media reported on September 7 that Pushilin, 37, had been selected for the post, which was vacated when Donetsk separatist leader Aleksandr Zakharchenko was assassinated by a bomb blast in a city café on August 31.

Earlier, self-proclaimed prosecutors in the unrecognized formation annulled the appointment of Dmitry Trapeznikov to the post, saying it could only be filled by "a first deputy prime minister of the DNR."

Pushilin reportedly survived two assassination attempts against him in June 2014.

Also on September 7, the Donetsk separatists' "people's council" designated November 11 as the date for the election of a head of the DNR to replace Pushilin.

The move seemed to violate the Minsk accords for regulating the conflict in eastern Ukraine, under which the question of elections in areas controlled by the separatists must be agreed by the tripartite contact group that includes representatives of Ukraine, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and the separatists.

After Zakharchenko's killing, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the bombing was "a Ukrainian provocation...obviously aimed at derailing the implementation of the Minsk agreements."

Pushilin said on September 7 that "we have yet to decide on the DNR's representative in Minsk."

"I believe there are lots of worthy people who are ready to represent the DNR on the Minsk platform," he said. "We will make the decision shortly."

Although Russia denies involvement in the conflict in eastern Ukraine, Moscow has provided military, economic, and political support to the breakaway movements controlling parts of Ukraine's Luhansk and Donetsk regions...........

Tortured for being gay after Russia annexed Crimea

Tortured for being gay after Russia annexed Crimea

The Memorial Anti-Discrimination Centre has published a harrowing account of torture by the police from a member of the LGBT community in Crimea who was forced to flee the peninsula in the autumn of 2014. The man, who identifies himself only as Oleksandr, says that other members of the community have either left, or have ‘gone underground’.

Oleksandr’s ordeal began in Autumn 2014, when the district police officer turned up at his home and took him to the police station, purportedly for a check. Instead, he was taken inside and the door shut, after which he was handcuffed and the beating began. They used all kinds of objects, he recalls, a folder, a two-litre bottle filled with water, with brutal blows first around the head, then over his entire body. They knocked out teeth and pounded his ribs, and to this day he has problems with the spine.

They then tried to ‘rape’ him, using a toilet brush. He tried to resist, but was outnumbered and powerless.

All of this continued for two or three hours which felt like eternity, he says.

It is important to note that Oleksandr knew his tormenters, who had been police officers before annexation, and who had simply “switched uniforms” and paymasters. It is possible that the ‘list’ that he saw, which he believes to have contained the names of members of the LGBT community, Crimean Tatars, as well as people with alcohol problems and drug addicts also predated annexation.

What was new was the treatment which he received and that which he knows others have faced. He assumes that those on the list were viewed as ‘groups at risk’, and has heard of people with property in prestigious resort areas being forced into signing it away. In his case, he clearly had nothing to be extorted, and was effectively driven out of Crimea in this way. He has since applied for asylum in a European country.

Memorial ADC is quite right in pointing out that members of the LGBT community encountered problems before annexation as well, and in fact, under the regime of Viktor Yanukovych, there were even attempts to introduce repressive norms such as those in Russia. They could, however, come out onto the street and protest against such repressive bills. That is now inconceivable, both because any ‘unauthorized’ protests are likely to get a person detained, and because it is simply dangerous for people from the LGBT to identify themselves publicly.

Memorial ADC stresses that it is not only the homophobic norms introduced to Russian legislation in 2012 that led to the significant deterioration in the situation for LGBT after Russia’s seizure of control, but first and foremost the open lawlessness and impunity of those in power.

Certainly Sergei Aksyonov, the leader installed at gunpoint by Russian soldiers, left no room for doubt about what members of the LGBT could expect. On 2 September 2014, he stated that the ‘authorities’ would never allow sexual minorities to hold public events in occupied Crimea and threatened to send the ‘police’ and the so-called ‘self-defence’ armed paramilitaries on those who supported them...........

To walk around the hands and feet: the psychologist said that Tymoshenko wants to do with the country

To walk around the hands and feet: the psychologist said that Tymoshenko wants to do with the country

Presidential candidate Yulia Tymoshenko in her election campaign tries to use the principle of "tight wrap-up" when the voter appears in the form of a "helpless person who needs protection."

This was stated in an interview with "Apostrophe" by political psychologist Svetlana Chuninina.

"This is not comfortably for every one of our voters, although she is a leader in the rating, but let's not forget that there is a maximum of 13%, far from 100%." Antitrust is great, why is she comfortable? "She probably has some unconscious maternal energy. understand politics as caring for the weak, about those who can not take care of themselves. Why is it convenient? Because a helpless voter is a voter who can control who is incapable of creating special problems that sits with an open beak and expects you to You put it there. The voter who is limited in opportunities take care of yourself and say that "you do not need us, Julia, we can handle ourselves." Or to say that "we categorically disagree, Julia Volodymyrivna, with what you do, we believe that we must do so and go to the Maidan. "This is also a discomfort. Very comfortable voter - it is wrapped in hands and feet. This is a "tight swaddling" policy. This image appears to me in my head when I think what Julia Volodymyrivna does with her voters that she wants to do with the country. She makes a policy of "tight bowing". "Let's sit swaddling quietly until I here all" crash. "As long as I get you, I will defend, I will fight and all that." For me, this is a hidden message", - she said.
