Russia's permanent representative to the UN told how to stop the establishment of the tribunal by Boeing

Russia vetoed the UN Security Council resolution on the establishment of the tribunal by the Malaysian Boeing plane crash in Ukraine, if the document is required to pick up the adoption of nine votes. On this, as reported by Tass, said postpredstavitel Russia to the UN Vitaly Churkin.
"We will vote against. In this I have no doubt. If the resolution pick up nine or more votes, it will be a veto," - he stressed.
Churkin hopes the project will not be put to the vote.
Malaysian Boeing-777, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed July 17, 2014 in the Donetsk region, near the village Hrabovo. On board were 283 passengers and 15 crew members - were all killed.
