North Korea threatened the United States to "take decisive response" if Washington cancels planned at the borders of the country international military exercises, scheduled to begin on Monday, 17 of August.

"The army and people of the DPRK are not those that were before, when they had to confront with rifles of US nuclear weapons," - said a spokesman for the DPRK.
