"This is a very good idea. We were elaborating it with our European partners in the first Yatseniuk's government, but somehow it did not work out. Nonetheless, I think this is very acceptable. The European People's Party included it in its program objectives. I'd like it to be implemented," he said, commenting on the idea of a "Marshal Plan" from Ukraine's international partners.

Groisman noted the move is first of all intended for a faster development of Ukraine.

In March, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said the European People's Party adopted a resolution that provides for the development of a long-term plan to support Ukraine.

Today 70% of Ukrainian willing to compromise to achieve peace in the Donbass. However, only 18% of respondents see Ukraine by force to restore peace in eastern Ukraine.
