In London, a second suspect was arrested in a police assault near Buckingham Palace.
A 30-year-old man was detained at a residence in West London on suspicion of having "participated in the preparation, promotion or incitement to commit a terrorist act," reports Reuters.
It is reported that the man deliberately entered the police car next to the official residence of the Queen in London at the end of Friday and was detained by three police officers who suffered minor injuries.
The first detainee - a 26-year-old man remains in custody after issuing a warrant for his arrest before September 1.
