Kim Jong Ying advanced the terms of the DPRK's refusal to use nuclear weapons

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il called the conditions on which the DPRK would agree to abandon the nuclear program.

According to the publication, the head of the DPRK made a statement at a meeting with the Secretary General of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping during his trip to China. Kim Chen Ying called the preservation of the existing North Korean regime and the receipt of cash payments from the United States. The size of the alleged payments does not call the newspaper source.

At the same time, the DPRK leader continues to insist that the nuclear program is nothing more than protection from Washington's "hostile policy", and emphasizes that it will only disappear if the US completely changes its course towards North Korea.
