The head of the IMF noted the considerable success of financial stabilization, in particular exchange rate, recovery of the banking sector. "This means that the economy is getting stronger. The signals that it sends to investors - Be sure there is a team that carries out reforms, which holds the course, which is going to continue the process of transformation of the economy - an economy that is open and favorable to foreign investors, and is in anticipation of growth, and this team is aimed at a better life and prosperity to its people - that's what it means, "- said Lagarde.
