North Korea launched a second rocket after the first

After about 20 minutes after the first start of the military of North Korea sent to the Sea of Japan second ballistic missile, according to "Yonhap."
According to the Chiefs of Staff of South Korea, the second rocket disappeared from radar at an altitude of 17 km, which may indicate that it exploded in the air.
Earlier it was reported that the State Department is studying the situation with North Korea's rocket launch. Presumably, Pyongyang launched into the Sea of Japan ballistic missile medium-range "Rodong".
It was also reported that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe expressed his strong condemnation of North Korea's actions, reports Reuters. Abe advised the authorities of the country to refrain from any actions that he described as "very problematic."
In early March, the UN Security Council unanimously approved a new package of sanctions against North Korea after the nuclear tests in January and missile launch in February.
