Elton John announced a farewell tour after 50 years on the stage

British musician Elton John announced a farewell tour and completed his career. He made such a decision to spend more time with the children.

The 70-year-old star will make a three-year farewell tour until 2020: the first performances will be held in the United States in September 2018, and in total there will be 300 concerts on five continents.

"This is the last time I touring and traveling the world. After all, in my life the priorities have changed. I have children, and it changed my life", - said Elton John.

Earlier on its official site was published a conditional timer with a countdown of time. Below was the inscription: "I finally decided that my future is....".

In 2009, Elton John and his official husband, David Fournish, tried to adopt a HIV-positive boy from the Ukrainian boarding school, but officials refused them.

Today they have two children - the 7-year-old Zakari and the five-year Elijah.

Earlier, it was reported that Rammstein could cease to exist after the release of the album in 2018.
