New buckles: Russia opened a museum of Stalin

The secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party of Tver Artem Goncharov said that in the Tver region near the town of Rzhev Museum opened 29 Army and Kalinin Front, which is dedicated to Joseph Stalin.
