Russian historian Yevhen Spitsin admitted that Russia is already the fourth year of a war with Ukraine.

According to Tsensor.NET, Spitsin made such recognition in the live broadcast of the Kremlin propaganda TV. In addition, he proposed one of the options for solving the problem of "fascist regime in Kiev".
