The dead brothel owner won the US elections

The owner of the brothel, who died in October 2018, won the county election in Nevada
Associated Press reports.

District officials will be appointed by another Republican instead.

Denis Hof was the owner of a public house in Nevada, a participant in television show for adults and author of the book "The Art of Pimp."

Denis Hof ran from the Republican Party and won the representative of the Democratic Party, Lesia Romanov.

Hof was found dead on October 16 after a party devoted to his 72th anniversary. His body was found by pornographer Ron Jeremy.

Recall that October 6 began an intermediate election for the US Congress. Citizens of the United States chose 435 members of the House of Representatives and 33 senators. All members of the House of Representatives are re-elected every two years, one-third of the Senate was also elected at the current elections

-The Republican Party of the United States won the interim elections to the Senate of the country and retained the majority in the upper house of Congress.

-In the interim elections to the lower house of the US Congress, the Democratic Party receives a majority.
