Director General of Social Networking Mark Mark Zuckerberg said about the possibility of using cybercriminals in site services.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
Zuckerberg said that among his plans for the next year is the protection of Facebook from interference by national states. According to him, the governments that spy on their citizens have led many users to believe that technologies are only centralizing rather than decentralizing power.
"There are two important countertrends - encryption and cryptographic - which take power in centralized systems and turn it into the hands of the people. At the same time, this is accompanied by the risk of impossibility of their control, "Zukerberg said.
"I'm interested in deepening this issue and learning about the positive and negative aspects of these technologies, as well as how they can be used in our services," he added.
Recall that the European Union will introduce an enhanced system of rules for the circulation of cybercriminals and online payments through the "risk of money laundering and terrorist financing".
