UN: If the war in Syria continues, another million people to leave their homes until the end of the year

Another million people in Syria will be forced to leave their homes until the end of the year if the war continues in the country, said the Humanitarian Coordinator of the UN in Syria Jakub Hillah.
He called for increased international assistance to the Syrians in their country, reports the BBC Russian Service.
According to him, if no action is taken to resolve the conflict, the flow of refugees from Syria will not stop even for many months, and the situation of refugees in Europe is comparable with the end of World War II.
Since 2011, as a result of the Syrian conflict has killed about 250 thousand people. 4 million have left the country, and about 7.6 million fled their homes.
