Climate and Energy Commissioner Miguel Arias Canete said this at the briefing on Thursday, Reuters reports.
"There will be probably a trilateral ministerial level meeting at the end of September," he said.
No progress was made at the previous round of ministerial talks in Vienna at the end of June.
