Syria's Permanent Representative to the United Nations has demanded Russia resolve to strike an "Islamic state"

Russia should be given the right to strike positions grouping "Islamic state" in Syria on a par with the United States, said Syria's permanent representative to the UN, Bashar Jaafari, sends "TASS".
