NEWS:
The cease-fire is somewhat holding up. No injuries or casualties reported yesterday, although some terrorists groups are still intimidating ATO troops, to get a reaction and excuse to start an all-out confrontation.
Reports of clashes within the militants in Donetsk were reported. Shows either they're frustrated with a lack of support from the Kremlin, or they're just so trashed from binge drinking, they start shooting at each other. There was also a report of at least 200 locations where terrorists are being trained. That would indicate, even if the Kremlin did pull their forces to adhere to the Minsk Agreement, the terrorists will continue their agenda for who knows how long. But how long can they last if their main arms sources and other items are totally blocked off by an agreed on closing and protecting the Ukrainian/Russian border. We know in the past, they've complained about the lack of funds from Kyiv. Do they really think the government is going to feed the needs of terrorists that have destroyed the eastern region of the country? OSCE supposedly stated that the terrorists are also pulling back certain arms, but we know how dependable that information has been in the past. There's also been talk of the so-called "little green men sent to Odessa". As I reported recently, the latest explosion took place in Belgorod-Dnistrovsky which is in the Odessa oblast (county). I hope they're wrong as that's where I have family in.
Weather:
In Kyiv, it's currently 7c and cloudy. In Odessa, it's 12c and sunny.
Big rain storm heading northeast towards Odessa and southern Ukraine, in late afternoon.

Ukraine has photos of Buk missile battery in place it fired on MH17
Sat Oct 10, 2015 9:39 am
The Ukrainian authorities have two witnesses who confirm that the Buk missile battery was in the place near Snizhne from which it shot down the MH17 passenger plane, Ukraine interior minister’s adviser Anton Herashchenko said in a political talk show late Friday night.
On the day the MH17 was downed, two Snizhne residents took photos of the Buk battery, one in firing position and the other of the missile’s inversion trail in the sky, he said.
“The Ukrainian patriots who had taken these crucial photos are kept in a safe place,” Herashchenko said.
The Dutch experts, he added, have confirmed the authenticity of the photos.

Russia can no longer live in peace – political expert says
Sat Oct 10, 2015 9:41 am
Nearly all has been said about Russia’s motives in Syria – outdo America, save Assad, divert attention from Ukraine, force the West to acknowledge the spheres of influence. However, there is more to it, says Russia-based Liliya Shevtrova, Obozrevatel reports Oct. 9.
“I mean Kremlin’s desperate efforts to make an acrobat's leg-split. On the one hand, Putin strives to preserve his military/patriotic power. On the other, he wants to be accepted back in the big band of the world leaders.
The Moscow regime is pushing the West to accept it by means of its typical ways – through beating the household glassware and blackmail.
The formula of survival with which Kremlin is experimenting says the country can no longer live in peace. However, the country has no resources to match the West.
Russia is bogged down in a quagmire.
By throwing the country into war, the Kremlin brings it back to 1991 [collapse of the Soviet Union – Ed.] – only in a much more dramatic circumstances. What the Kremlin is doing now merely steps up it edging to the abyss.
The USSR collapse is not over. The leg-spread just gives Putin a short breather,” Liliya Shevtsova said.
