Agency Fitch Affirms Russia to investment grade BBB- with a negative outlook, the agency said.
Short-term foreign currency rating is affirmed at F3.
According to the forecast, the federal budget deficit will amount to 2% of GDP in 2016 when the price of oil at $ 60 a barrel.
Inflation in Russia in 2015 could reach 15.5% by the end of the year.
