The flow of migrants at the border of Greece and the Republic of Macedonia has decreased due to weather conditions. According to police, in the buffer zone is still about 3.5 thousand workers, half of them - came from Iran and Morocco, reports UNN with reference to RIA "Novosti".

Many migrants are not willing to live outdoors in anticipation of crossing into another country, so they stay in Athens and Thessaloniki. According to the chairman of the Association of social support for young people in Thessaloniki Nikos Gavalas, the organization has placed eight migrants from Iran who declared a hunger strike demanding to allow them to Macedonia.

"In parallel, we have placed the other five families of migrants ... they, along with the legal department to investigate the possibility to request asylum," - said N.Gavalas.

Recall that in late November of Macedonia has started to build a wall on the border with Greece, to ensure order at border crossings of migrants.
