Hello Kremlin: the United States approved the lifting of the embargo on oil exports

The House of Representatives (the lower house of Congress) approved a compromise draft budget for the 2016 fiscal year of $ 1.1 trillion, suggesting the preservation of funding the state apparatus in return for the removal of 40-year-old ban on the export of crude oil from the United States.
