Premier of Bavaria wants to file a lawsuit to Merkel because migrants

Bavarian Prime Minister Horst Seehofer has promised to sue the government of German Chancellor Angela Merkel for his policy of "open doors" in regard to refugees.
This Seehofer said in an interview Spigel.
Seehofer said he would send a written request to the federal government within the next two weeks to restore the "right conditions" on the borders of the country, through which last year went to Germany one million migrants and refugees.
"If this is not done, then the Bavarian government will have no choice but to file a lawsuit in the Federal Constitutional Court", - said Seehofer.
Bavaria - the land in the south and south-east of Germany, with a predominantly conservative population, which is the main entry point for migrants and refugees.
Recently, the German government representative yuzhnobavarskogo district Landshut Peter Draer sent a bus carrying 31 migrants from Syria to Berlin. The official has fulfilled the promise given to Angela Merkel, that he would send migrants to her, if the area is no longer able to provide them with shelter.
