US state secretary in Albania to encourage anti-corruption measures

US Secretary of State John Kerry is in Albania this weekend. Kerry is meeting with that country's Prime Minister Edi Rama as well several opposition leaders. The US Secretary of State says Albania needs to improve its efforts in the fight against corruption.
John Kerry, US Secretary of State: "I know that it's tough to take on those who have become happy with a process of avoiding their shared responsibilities to the entire nation by engaging in one kind of corrupt activity or another."
Albania's parliament is currently working on developing anti-corruption unit modeled after the FBI....
