[b]Bourbaki: Ukraine should set the pace in the expansion of the international pressure on the aggressor state
Faction "People's Front" will initiate the bill to expand sanctions against Russia. This was stressed by the faction Maxim Bourbaki during the Conciliatory Council.
"Kremlin regime continues tyranny. Time not only continue but also expand sanctions. "People's Front" will initiate a bill to expand sanctions against Russia ", - said Bourbaki.
"Ukraine has set the pace in the expansion of the international pressure on the state-aggressor. We extend sanctions and to demand that our international partners ", - the head of the faction.
People's Deputy noted that the aggressor country continues to violate the agreement, shelled Ukrainian military and civilians. Further evidence for the expansion of sanctions, according to Bourbaki became arbitrary detention in Moscow Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko. "Today received another proof that leaves no doubt that the sanctions should not only continue, but expand. We call on the Foreign Ministry to take all possible steps to clarify the circumstances of arrest and conditions of detention Sushchenko Romana "- appealed to the Government of Maxim Bourbaki.
"However, these claims have to clean up the middle of our information space. "People's Front" once again emphasizes its demand - expulsion from the country of Russian puppeteer Shuvalov, which forms anti-Ukrainian Inter TV channel policy, "- said Maxim Bourbaki.

The American diplomat said what actually encourages Putin to lie
The expert has listed five reasons that motivate Putin tell a lie
Last week the Western press attacked Russian President Vladimir Putin with accusations of lying, writes the blog The Wall Street Journal Stephen Sestanovich, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations United States.
Sestanovich listed five reasons which, in his opinion, Putin urge to tell a lie.
Putin has something to hide. "Of course, he could admit about the incident with whipped MH-17" - explains the author, such as the United States found that in 1988 shot down an Iranian airliner. "But then it would be difficult to continue to lie on the Russian military presence in Eastern Ukraine", - says the article.
"Putin thinks that we all lie as much as it is" - continues Sestanovich. He believes that experience in security services encourages Putin to doubt the veracity of others.
Putin again recycles "a lie that he told others," - says the author. Uncritical attitude to information distributed intelligence agencies - a common problem, but it is expressed in particularly acute.
"Putin's situation depends on its ability to hide the truth. In my view, there is no evidence of his direct involvement in the most shocking killings in Russia in recent years "- the author writes, referring to the murder of Politkovskaya and Nemtsov. "But Putin protects a system that hides the truth about these crimes - the system is so corrupt that it is extremely difficult to be solved, what could prevent the disclosure of truth without risking that all disappeared," - the article says.
Putin does not understand the consequences of his behavior. Russia is increasingly moving away from Europe and the US. "Russian President poorly able to judge the interests of his country - says the author. - Could there be a more severe indictment than this? ".
As previously reported, after the publication of the results of the international investigation commission on the crash MN17, edition of the New York Times expressed its position : Putin - a global criminal.

Rybakov: Putin Repressing Best and Unleashing Worst, Putting Russia’s Future at Risk
In an interview with Radio Svoboda, the former Soviet political prisoner says that “the country is plunging into stagnation, not just economic but also psychological and moral”
By Paul Goble* for “Window on Eurasia”:
Oct 2 – Vladimir Putin has succeeded both by repression and manipulation in driving the best people in Russia into the position of passive observers of what is taking place in the country even as he has given the worst people, the most aggressive and backward, a green light to act as they like, according to Yuliy Rybakov of St. Petersburg’s Human Rights Council.
In an interview with Radio Svoboda, the former Soviet political prisoner says that “the country is plunging into stagnation, not just economic but also psychological and moral” because of “a curious paradox.” Ever more of those Russians who were prepared to defend their rights have become “indifferent to their own future and even to that of their own children.”
But at the same time, he says, the Kremlin has given “’a green light’” to those “seeking simple answers to complicated questions” and who are prepared to act, often in ways that involve criminality, to promote their views to the detriment of everyone else and Russia as a whole (svoboda.org/a/28023049.html).
Given that the next few years do not promise “anything good in economic terms,” that does not bode well because the extremists who have the Kremlin’s “’green light’” are likely to be the primary participants in the battle between the “zombified” population and “the empty refrigerator,” a battle that is likely to take place beginning in the spring...................

Russia and the West are on a likely collision path after an international investigation concluded a Buk missile brought across the border from Russia shot down flight MH17.
Wilbert Paulissen, the head of the Dutch National Detective Force, said there is conclusive evidence a missile from the Russian-made Buk downed the passenger flight on July 17, 2014, killing all 298 people on board.
The Buk returned to Russian territory the next day, leaving no doubt, in the minds of the investigating team, the conclusions it presented were accurate.
Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the findings pointed to the direct involvement of Russia and said an investigation was ongoing into specific suspects and their place in the chain of command in order to pursue a criminal case.
Russia, which has repeatedly denied any involvement in the downing of the plane, rejected the report.
A Ministry of Defence spokesman said none of the missile complexes, including Buk, have ever crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border.
Tensions are already high between Ukraine and Russia following the annexation of Crimea which is now administered by two de facto Russian factions.
Russia recently announced it plans to build a bridge between mainland Russia and Crimea, awakening fears the immense Russian army could roll across and on to other parts of Ukraine almost unobstructed.
The United States and Russia recently tried to find a way to establish a non-combat zone in Syria, to help alleviate the suffering of people in Aleppo.
Just days later, it was claimed Syrian government jets, supported by Russia attacked Aleppo, putting two hospitals out of action.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is eligible for re-election in 2018 and his United Russia party is headed for a substantial majority after the recent elections, despite allegations of electoral fraud.
The more Mr Putin postures on the global stage, the higher his popularity goes with voters.
The opposition parties are not likely to make the threshold for entry into the Russian parliament.
The claims made by the Dutch-led joint investigation team may be harder to shrug off than Russian claims to Crimea.
The investigators, who include representatives from Australia, Malaysia, Ukraine and Belgium, say their conclusions are based on a wealth of supporting evidence, including forensic examinations, witness statements, satellite images, radar data and intercepted telephone calls.
The press conference last Wednesday raised the prospect of a long and bitter standoff with the Kremlin.
The joint investigation team has so far not identified the 100 suspects it now has under investigation.
Nor does it say which country they are from, although they are widely believed to be serving Russian soldiers and officers.
It seems unlikely Mr Putin will allow suspects to be extradited from Russia to stand trial with The Hague the most likely venue.................

"Do not descend to the methods of Yanukovych": Poyarkov advised what to do with the "pro-Putin" people in Ukraine
To those who hold pro-Russian views were fewer in Ukraine need to create normal conditions for living and doing business.
Such an opinion in an interview with "apostrophe" expressed the artist and political commentator Sergei Poyarkov.
According to him, people shouting "Putin lead the troops" should liquidate on the European principle.
"We need to build a normal state in which normal people will live normally. As in Europe. And there will be those who have pro-Russian views. When Yushchenko (Viktor Yushchenko, a former 3rd President of Ukraine. - Ed.) Built a monument Famine, I talked to him yet that the real monument to Holodomor - is not obelisk in Victory park, and clear indicators Ukrainian budget and living standards of Ukrainian people. The best monument to famine if the Ukrainian will live better than Russians. of the people having pro-views, need to engage in dialogue and to convince them that we all get better than in Russia. If we have to do business easier than in Russia, the pro-Russian sentiment will be less, "- said Poyarkov.
In addition, criticized the artist who only play into the hands of Russian President Vladimir Putin. For example, arson channel "Inter".
"But can not do with such people, is the spitting them face, playing into the hands of those who use these sentiments. That arson channel" Inter "- a clear aid to the enemy. When Boyko (Yuriy Boiko, a former MP. - Ed.) with Opoblokom not allowed to Odessa on the anniversary of the tragedy - is the work for the enemy. I strongly support the views of pro-Russian citizens, but if we are building a democratic country, then so do not. no matter how ugly I was not Opposition bloc a greater part, but, unfortunately, these people have chosen the citizens of Ukraine. When his time Yushchenko did not start to Donetsk, Yanukovych's supporters (Viktor Yanukovych, a former 4th president of Ukraine. - Ed.), all we have condemned - and in Ukraine, in Europe. It is very important in building a democratic Ukraine under no circumstances fall to methods of Yanukovych Pshonka (Victor Pshonka, former Attorney General of Ukraine. - Ed.) Putin and Lavrov (Sergei Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia. - Ed.) " - convinced Poyarkov.
