Cameron and friend of Putin reacted differently to the terrorist attack in France

British Prime Minister David Cameron called the "terrible incident" a terrorist attack on a chemical plant Air Products , near Lyon in France.
He stated this on June 26 in Brussels at the summit of Heads of State and Government of the European Union, according to Le Parisien .
