Erdogan spoke about the discussions during the G20 summit climate problems
After the US withdrawal from the Paris agreement on climate Turkey suspended its ratification.
This was stated by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reports Haberturk.
Thus, Erdogan told a discussion at the summit of climate problems and the fate of the Paris agreement, which must be ratified by the Parliament of Turkey.
"After the US actions, our position is that the agreement will not be ratified in the parliament", - he said.
In early June, US President Donald Trump announced the release of the country from the Paris agreement on climate. He explained his decision by saying that in the fight against global warming, the United States have serious economic loss, losing millions of jobs.
Note that the US position on the Paris agreement on climate was highlighted in the final communiqué for the G20 leaders summit in Hamburg.
Recall G20 summit began in Hamburg (Germany) on July 7 . Summit participants discussed the major issues of the international agenda and paid special attention to the situation in Ukraine and Syria.
