Liè Zheng Yang, Vice President and Actual CEO of Samsung Electronics Co., was found guilty of bribery, stealing money and providing false testimony.
The Seoul court sentenced him to five years in prison, reports Yonhap .
The 49-year-old Li Cheng Yen's case lasted almost five months.
