Samsung's head is imprisoned for 5 years with a friend of the president of Korea

Liè Zheng Yang, Vice President and Actual CEO of Samsung Electronics Co., was found guilty of bribery, stealing money and providing false testimony.

The 49-year-old Li Cheng Yen's case lasted almost five months.
