In the United States, an unknown machete man took nine people in a hostage at one of the Community First Bank and Trust Branches in the city of Columbia, Tennessee.

According to Colombian police captain Jeremy Alsup, a man at the age of 53 years in the afternoon of September 22 took hostages of nine bank visitors and kept them in the evening.
Then he let go of the people, and he barricaded himself in the building. Branch of the bank was surrounded by fighters special forces SWAT, experts negotiate with an armed man. According to the previous version, the man intended to rob the bank. No victims were reported.
