US President Donald Trump for a second time does not meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin because of potential risks for his rating in the event of such a meeting.

This opinion was expressed in an interview with "Apostrophe" by political technologist Vitaly Shklyarov, answering the question of why the US leader met with Petro Poroshenko twice, and with Putin - one.
